Here it is! Rob Agostini's masterful interpretation of a tale told during a phone call from Prozac Boy in which PBoy related his odd "interaction" with Turdstyle's front worm, Adem K, the previous evening at a Simon Day solo show.

Perched miserably alone on a Grosvenor Front Room bar stool, Adem K had spent the entire gig looking suitably proto-emo while five dizzy PotStars danced in joy as their pop hero played his handsome little heart out. 

Buzzing in the wake of such a sweet show, as PBoy passed by Adem K he offered an off-handed, "Great gig, eh!" Prozac proffered his hand in a gentlemanly manner, expecting a damp though cordial handshake in return. A mournful Adem K looked PBoy up and down with the most pitiful measure of disdain a damp squib can muster, then muttered this scarcely conceivable statement, "I'll shake your hand when you're as famous as me".

Speechless upon hearing such unspeakable arrogance, Rob A almost blew his usual cool. Hanging up the phone, he stalked straight into his studio, slammed the soundproof door behind him and set feverishly to work.

The very next afternoon when PBoy checked his mailbox he found, much to his delighted surprise, a hand delivered package from Rob A - a test press of Rob's long promised first solo CD, Vanderlay. In his every spare moment Rob had slaved over this debut album which, incidentally, featured some arse-ripping basslines courtesy of PotStars funky Bass Cadet.

Except now the album included an extra song: a fitting epilogue to Rob Agostini's meisterwork. A song which turned out to be pretty much my favourite song ever. Hope you enjoy it as much as I do!
