After his beginnings in 1998 with electronic music while using another name, Mister X finally comes to a break through with the project Sanden Gonza in 2011. Using his underground and free influences, he firstly managed to compose a few tracks, electro lives and even used Drum and Bass! In 2010, Mister X discovered Experimental Hip-Hop thanks to Flying Lotus and inspired by them, decided to mix different kinds of music to create his own. He attended to the climax of French hip-hop during the 90’s and also attended to the birth of electro. Experimental Hip-Hop was the obvious following to his career as it is a compromise between these two kinds of music which appears to be so different. Sanden Gonza is looking for a brand new style of music, even if it sometimes disturbs the auditor’s ear. His goal is to create an improbable harmony, with dissonant beats and an overloaded atmosphere…
The same year, he collaborates on the EP Tones Without Sound with the American rappers Dunce the Emcee and Nino Graye. Gonza’s first EP Brozeurhoud is an invitation to discover his world through many eclectic influences. He now works on a more conventional album but still would like to distil his personnal touch, hoping to find new collaborators to work with.
