Du stehst am Strand und schmeckst den salzigen Geruch des Windes, der über das Meer kommt. Im Bauch das warme Gefühl grenzenloser Freiheit. Und auf deinen Lippen den bitteren, Tränen durchtränkten Kuss deiner Geliebten.  
Ich war noch nie am Meer.  
Das ist doch jetzt nicht wahr! Du warst noch niemals einmal am Meer?

Da klopfen wir beide hier an die Himmelstür, saufen unseren Tequila – ich meine, wir sind Abnippel-Experten. Und Du, Du warst noch niemals einmal am Meer.

Weißt Du denn nicht wie das ist, wenn Du in den Himmel kommst?
Im Himmel, da reden die über nichts anderes als über das Meer und darüber, wie wunder, wunderschön es ist. Sie reden über den Sonnenuntergang, den sie gesehen haben. Sie reden darüber, wie die Sonne blutrot wurde, bevor sie in das Meer eintauchte. Und sie reden darüber, wie sie spüren konnten, wie die Sonne ihre Kraft verlor. Und die Kühle vom Meer heraufzog. Und das Feuer nur noch in ihrem Inneren glühte.
Und du? Du kannst nicht mitreden, weil Du warst ja noch nie da gewesen. Du bist so ein abgefuckter Outsider da oben!

Weihnachten ist nicht nur eine besinnliche Zeit in der wir
über die Geschichte nachdenken, sondern auch über all
die Menschen, die uns besonders nahe standen, oder
von denen wir etwas lernen konnten.

An Weihnachten einfach mal all jenen Danke sagen, die
uns begleitet und unterstützt haben, ist ein besonderes
Weihnachtsgeschenk.

Dieses Zitat zum Anlass, möchte ich mich bei einigen Menschen bedanken, die mich durch das Jahr 2014 begleitet haben. 

Menschen, die mir immer wieder Kraft und Mut gegeben haben, mir gut zugesprochen haben, mit dem weiter zu machen, was mir Freude bereitet oder einfach nur da waren, als ich sie brauchte. 

DANKE, dass es Euch gibt!

Allen voran natürlich Danke an Steffi (<3), auch wenn es musikalisch nicht immer so deinen Geschmack trifft.

Sven, weil du einfach seit gefühlten 20 Jahren mein Bester bist, ich weiß einfach, dass ich mich immer auf dich verlassen kann!

Rene, weil du mir immer wieder Kraft gibst, was die Musik betrifft. Sei es mit deinen eigenen Sets und dem, was du damit azsdrücken möchtest oder einfach mit deinen Worten zu meiner Musik. Danke für die Hilfe, denn nur durch dich, habe ich die Möglichkeit bekommen, dass in diesem Jahr mehr Leute als jemals zuvor, meine Sets hören konnten. Danke dafür!

Julian und Marcel Danke für eure Tracks, die mir das Jahr definitiv versüßt haben und danke auch für eure Unterstützung bei meinen Sets, ich freu mich auf die kommenden Projekte mit euch!

Desweiteren danke ich allen Hörern und "Fans", die sich meine Mixe immer wieder mit Freude anhören und mich anhand Ihrer Likes, Kommentare und Reposts immer wieder unterstützen!

Dream Or Die

Having made waves in the 90s under as Francesco - supporting the likes of Luke Slater, Jeff Mills, Richie Hawtin, Sven Väth, Laurent Garnier, Surgeon and Dave Clarke - a reinvigorated Francesco Terranova has announced his triumphant return to electronic music by serving up today's  Mix Of The Day.

Currently cooking up a storm in the studio for a plethora of different labels -  Bulletdodge, Renesanz, Stick Records and De-Konstrukt will all be housing his work in the coming months - Francesco is also enjoying a bit of a purple patch in the booth DJing at a number of Europe's leading clubs and festivals.

It's his work for EPM Music that has got us tipping him for big things this summer with his two track MAGNETICA / RECOVERY in our heads and on our playlists.  Following on from efforts from Techno luminaries Robert Hood, D-Knox and Dan Curtin the release had plenty to live up to when we heard it but quickly won us over with its deep percussive grooves, both of which show Terranova’s lust for detail which add to his emotive production style. Expect to hear plenty of both cuts when they arrive July 27th.
