On this week's Overcast we are dropping Andrew Wilkinson's closing set for Umbrella Days Vol 1. It was a special moment as it was the perfect way to end our first event back since the whole world shut down in 2020. 

Apart from the usual ADub savagery mixing in break beats on the decks, he felt spicy enough to get the crowd headbanging to old school dubstep (wait for it at the end, it's worth all the nostalgia).  💜☂️

Finally, a special message from Mr. Wilkerson himself: 

"Just wanna say that it's good to be back playing in front of a crowd, making people remember the past times while making future memories grinning".

It's been a long time since I shared any music. 

The UK scene has been through some overwhelming scenarios recently, some as recent as just yesterday, so I thought I would hit record and get lost in a selection of some of my favourite releases from 2021 so far. 

I have been feeling pretty crappy following the recent announcement about vaccine passports, on top of already being starved of proper nightlife for 16+ months. 

This mix reminded me why I love playing music so much and it has given me something to cling on to with hope for the future.
