The Brvtalist is pleased to premiere a new track from Brutalismus 3000. One of our favorite Berlin projects returns with a new track on the upcoming DURCH v/a compilation: Solidarity 002 - A Love Letter To The Queer Community. DURCH is a queer collective with a clear vision of solidarity and community building. DURCH operates in Tel Aviv and Berlin trying to bring queer people together, building a culture of inclusion, diversity and tolerance. In the tradition of original raves DURCH organizes solidarity events ranging from parties, to art and community events, with the strong belief that raves are a much needed place for people to come together, celebrate their diversity and learn to respect each other.

After releasing their first v/a earlier in the year, The are back with their second solidarity release of the year: Bolder, queerer and definitely more fun than ever. Take a bit of everything, mix it together and then burn it all down. Building on our previous release DURCH [digital] Solidarity 002 features some well established artists alongside some exciting, well-kept secrets of the electronic dance music scene. You’re in for a bumpy ride and a couple of pretty nasty surprises on the way. Today we bring you the nu gabber post techno punk of "Satan Was a BabyBoomer". 

As always, the proceeds from the release go to Queer causes and this release will benefit TransInterQueer e.V. (TrIQ) and Casa Kuà. Out on April 16th and you can get yours on BANDCAMP.

Back to 2018, Fanfan from Asphoria gave me a preview of their new song called "Jarak". The song itself tell us about "no matter how far the distance, real love always find it way to come back home".

The original song was not released yet, but Fanfan gave me opportunity to remix and released this remix. So, in this Valentine's Day, I release this remix to remind us again about the power of real love, even we separate in a distance with love of our life.

Asphoria, an Indonesian band which was formed on the 10th of July 2009 in Bogor, consists of Maulana Ibrahim Rau (vocals, bass, acoustic guitar), Achmad Fauzan "Fanfan" Alfansuri (vocals, guitar, samples), Aria Andriyadi (keyboards, piano, guitar), and Irfan Taufik Rau (drums, guitar).

Formerly composed by Maul, Fanfan, and Aria, Asphoria decided to reform itself by recruiting Irfan, Maul’s brother, in 2013. The band is typically an indie-rock based fragment that does not accentuate a specific feature of music. However, most of the contents present pop-rock/ambient-pop - ish sounds.

Alfan is a solo project created by Achmad F. Alfansuri. An Indonesian multi-instrumentalist, singer and songwriter.

First called as "DJ Fanfan" in 2005 when he started remixing music, in 2011 he changed his stage name as "Various Flames", then in 2020 will be now known as "Alfan", he produces his own music and remixes.

This project is just a burst of creativity for his own consumption. But if you like it, it can be shared for free.
