Another update to go with HLH. Considering piano is often played in my house, it makes more sense for that to be the primary instrument here than a music box.

Also like with HLH, I'll have a new house picture here soon when my house looks nicer.

A fun factoid: When V1 came out in 2018, that second prize ribbon mentioned in that description and this one was actually on my wall. At some point during the 2.5 years since then, that ribbon has been taken down by someone who is not me. I wish they hadn't, and in the AU it's still canon because it does actually serve an important story purpose: it was made for me by Eric.

This one was very fun to work with, specially since I had the chance to go wild with more synths and drums and stuff. I kinda wanted this track to have a similar feeling to the original, where it focuses more on the super tech side of Hotland rather than, well, the heat, but I still wanted to evoke a feeling of head by using some instruments from Super Mario 64. As always, hope you like it!

Fanontale is an AU that takes inspiration from Undertale fanon perceptions by using it to influence the roles the beloved characters take, as well as manifesting in-universe, affecting the characters and their stories.
This is not an Undertale AU about "What if Undertale fanon was good", but rather one that seeks to answer the question of "what if fanon perceptions had direct consequences for the lives these characters live?"

Frisk takes Toriel's role. They've painstackingly remodeled the old house at the edge of the Community Gardens into something reminiscent of the surface. They like their new life, but sometimes they can't help but miss the things they took for granted. The blue skies, the breeze flowing through your hair, the sun gently shining upon your skin... They couldn't recreate it all, but it still evokes a calming atmosphere to them. And hopefully, to Chara as well.

The Home (Music Box) actually uses the Fallen Down replacement! Get shocked and awed! And Hopeless didn't do this first!

This is sort of the Fallen Down (Reprise) version of They're Here, since the actual reprise doesn't use that. It's a reference to https://deltarune.com/results, which Hopeless ALSO didn't do first. That's right, a Friend Inside Me secret boss battle theme for DELTARUNE! I've been cooking this one up since Woody Theory was created! This one's sorta just a collection of motifs, but that's kinda what Woody Theory is, just a collection of themes and speculations all tied together in loose strings. But the strings in this song are tighter than you can comprehend, driving home the horror of battling the possessed cowboy that is our Old Pal. A perfect blend of terror and nostalgia will you just as conflicted, and might even get in your head as well.

Watch Chara, the fallen a̶n̶g̶e̶l̶ human, have to fight their way out of these perceptions and distortions, and maybe uncover the truest version of themselves along the way.
