Haven is a track that has actually taken me almost 2 years to finish. It originally was crafted with a heavier bassline and more of a hip-hop/R&B kind of vibe but then melded into what you see here before you today; to fit the vibe of being in a haven, an oasis. Strangely enough, my original inspiration for this song was watching the show Futureman (great show for those who haven't seen it and like comedy).  Over time, though, it grew life of it's own and I could not be more happy to present Haven to you today.

For my latest track, and third remix of the summer season, I remixed Nico & Vinz's brilliant "Am I Wrong."  On this one I tried to bring my own touch to the track, while adding some new percussive and orchestral flavors to complement the guitar melodies. Quick story on this one: I wrote Voyager (the original mix) back in 2012. 

It was actually the first thing I ever released through a tiny Dutch label that no longer even exists. I was incredibly proud of it at the time but, after much growth and history, I came back to the melody 7 years later and felt it deserved more. The rest is history, all wrapped up inside this song and my feelings that came with it.

I really hope you enjoy it and understand a little bit about the vessel that is my soul - a true voyager.
