It was the bed of the earth

I filled him with mirrors
Better to see him

I tasted him pliant on my tongue
Better to eat him
He became my sacrament

He said I moved
slow like lava

I bled into his steps
He heard his carrion
Rising out of another dream

What’s the world? It’s not for me to say 

Why let mind just slip again?
When you slowly feel the love behind words you mean to say 
Put a stop to the rush that fools the very being 
Can’t let this life slip away 

Is it a dumb attitude when you can’t find a reason for a thing that you should do? 
In the wilds again 
Hoping to see you are the same 

Dreams to pass another passing day

Looking back you were always the same through change

The life that is has burst from a sacred flame to keep the mind from feeling insane 
Patience and love were never to blame
