The ritual circle glowed faintly beneath my feet, ancient runes pulsing with hunger. I chanted the words I barely understood, feeling my body weaken as the shadows crept closer. My own voice echoed in the void, calling me from somewhere beyond. As my essence drained, I saw my future self waiting, hollow-eyed and twisted, ready to take my place. In sacrificing myself, I became the monster I'd summoned all along.🕯️💔

The track is a  journey through the struggles of indigenous peoples of the Americas, blending Mexican native languages, Costa Rican wildlife, and Latin percussion. It begins with a Nahuatl lullaby surrounded by the serene sounds of eagles, jaguars, and native birds. This peace is shattered by gunfire and Aztec death whistles, plunging into a mournful second act filled with cries and guttural laments. As the guiro’s rhythms shift, strength begins to rise, symbolizing resilience and defiance. The final section descends into sorrow, with the haunting sound of a woman crying, echoing the anguish of a lost fight.

Mental health is a subject often left unspoken, yet its impact is deeply profound.

Recently, my city was shaken by the tragic loss of two lives to suicide. This inspired me to create my first track as a tribute to mental health awareness and the silent battles so many people face daily.

This track is a raw representation of the brutality of depression and inner demons. Through relentless kicks, dark atmospheres, distorted ambiences, whispers and screams, I aimed to represent the chaos, despair, and inner turmoil that often accompany these struggles.

It’s a dark reminder of how overwhelming these "silent demons" can be, but also a call for understanding and support. Everyone has their own ways of coping, and if you're struggling, please know that seeking help is a sign of strength, not weakness. You are not alone in this fight.

Let this track be both a reflection of the struggle and a reminder to reach out for help when you need it.
