Last one for those coaches who don't want to deal with the dreadful Rock My Run app and all the wack switching and timing, this is for you.

Aoki 10 NYE full workout mix. Warmup and cooldown included.

Sync up with your SA to start the class timer when you hit play as folks walk in and never worry about it again. Launch all 3 groups at exactly 6 minutes in.

I've blended the Aoki warmup seamlessly into the workout mix, start groups exactly at 6:00 min, no need to switch anything.

I let the mix go to 60 min mark as always in case you run into class issues and go long.

Blended some cooldown in right at the 60 min mark so you can easily scroll ahead if you are on time for flexibility block.
