A November mix by the Amsterdam-based acclaimed dj/producer Lossch (@lossch). You might remember this name for his opening set at our Acid Night edition at BASIS earlier this year. Now he's back once again for an Intercell podcast.

Lossch fell in love with techno when his brother started to give illegal raves in Amsterdam at the age of 15/16. Around this time, Lossch also started to visit lots of other techno-orientated events. Lossch found out he wanted to start DJ'ing, but he didn't want to DJ if he couldn't play his own tracks, so Lossch started producing. At the beginning of his musical development in producing & DJ’ing, Lossch listened to tracks by producers/DJs like Perc, Dax J, Adam X, Minimum Syndicat & Ansome. Lossch always liked obscure/harsh sounds, he can identify his own production as industrial but still melodic. At a point, lots of DJs started to mix industrial sounds with Trance, which he liked. Lossch is always looking for a little dreaminess when he searches for tracks. With all these influences, he started to develop his own sound. He loves the variations in the techno genre. Lots of different styles but still cohesive is what Lossch tried to aim for in this mix. The live-sets by Crystal Geometry inspire him a lot. At the moment, Lossch is also working on a live set which will be ready coming year.

Milena Adamis joins for DifferentSound Podcast #243.

Born in the city of La Plata -Buenos Aires-, Milena Adamis has positioned herself during the last few years as one of the fastest growing DJs in the Argentine techno scene. Her sound covers variants of techno, such as hypnotic, hardgroove, breaks, Detroit and experimental sounds  among others. In addition to touring throughout Argentina, and all over the continent, Milena is resident of the renowned Crobar club in Buenos Aires and co-founder of the Mothership Artists agency.

Nastia, Hector Oaks, Cleric, Marcal, FLUG, Marc Houle, Alan Fitzpatrick, Sam Paganini, Nicole Moudaber, Dubfire, Enrico Sangiuliano, Pan Pot and  many others. She  played at  Ultra Festival (Peru), Under Club (Argentina), Bar Américas (Mexico), she also will be part of KNTXT argentina next 4th of November, and will be part of MIND MEDIZIN showcase at Crobar.

Lucinee is a Hamburg based Techno DJ, producer and resident at PAL nightclub in Hamburg.
Having established a remarkable and distinctive musical style and energy
on the underground techno circuits of Hamburg, Berlin, London, Copenhagen and beyond in the past few years, she is known for her powerful, ruthless and enchantingly devilish Techno sets.
Her sound is fresh and provocative, oscillating between heavy-hitting basslines, EBM, acid, trance and deep and haunting atmospheres – never taking prisoners.

Lucinees recent gig schedule has seen her appear in clubs like Berghain/ Säule, Griessmuehle (Berlin), IfZ (Leipzig), Objekt klein a (Dresden) just to name a few.
She co-founded NACKT, a forward-thinking queer-inclusive Techno party series at PAL, mixing freedom of sexual expression, body positivity, fetish, art, experimental music and cutting-edge Techno.

Lucinee released her debut EP Black Moon (12”) on Snork Enterprises in January 2019 and has since provided sonically diverse input with her analogue-driven productions to labels such as Ohne kommerziellen Wert, Death Bell Records, Rebels Conspiracy and Black Mosquito. She continuously works on future releases for Voxnox Records and others that cannot be revealed yet...
