This is music project collaboration between a musician, named Bondan Prakoso and a Rap hiphop group, Fade2Black; the members are Tito a.k.a Titz, Ari a.k.a Santoz, Eza a.k.a Lezzano.

In the early 2002, Bondan Prakoso who is also well known by public as a great talented bass player, who was also a former bass player in a Funk Stream band called Funky Kopral, and Ti...to a.k.a Titz who is known as a rapper and has group called Fade2Black, are often share their thoughts and idea to each others about music. They both came from different backgrounds of music, Bondan Prakoso plays more likely in Funk and Rock music and Titz in Rap/Hiphop. These 2 campus mates from Faculty of Culture and Humaniora, deepin' in Dutch literature, are college friends on University of Indonesia, Depok.

By the late 2003, because of the needs and his desire in acknowledging music are getting more mature, deeper and freedom in creating this art, Bondan Prakoso has decided to go further as he decided to retired from their former band, Funky Kopral.

2004 was the year where Bondan came up with an idea to merge a different kind of music and combine them in a new package form of music, as in that mid year, he has asked Titz to join in a music project. Titz thought that it will be more strong with his group, Fade2Black in joining in.

The situation is getting more varieties and more colorfull as Bondan approved to involve this Hiphop group from Bogor, Fade2Black, in this project. Instead of only 1 rapper, this music project is combining 3 rappers, Tito a.k.a Titz, Ari a.k.a Santoz and Eza a.k.a Lezano.

By the late 2004, they were starting to go further with this project and created various kind of music with the touch of Rap, Rock, Funk as the elements. Bondan Prakoso is in-charge for the music instruments, looping, and arranging, while Fade2Black get more close to the lyrics.

The process took only 4 months to complete and in August 2005, their 1st album with the title "RESPECT" released under the SONY BMG Music Indonesia. Since then, the album which contains not only 1 type of music, but many types of musics with rap as the basic vocal by TITZ, SANTOZ and LEZANO, while in other songs also joined BONDAN PRAKOSO on vocal in singing.

With this piece of arts, they managed to received contribution and awards, such as:

- MTv Indonesia Exclusive artist in November, 2005
- MTv Advance Warning award in November, 2005
- Indonesian Music Award (AMI) 2006 , as the best Rap album production.

and in 2008, they were ready to break the Indonesian Music Industry with their more hard, impulsive, innovative forms of music. With their 2nd album, named "UNITY", and with their breakthrough single hit, KERONCONG PROTOL.

With this new debut from their second album, they've won the 2008 Indonesian Music Award (AMI) for the second time in a row for the best Rap album Production.

In 2010, they're back with their 3rd album, "FOR ALL". Hitting back the local music industry with the hits single 'Ya Sudahlah'.

Their 3rd album, "FOR ALL" gave them more chances to reach more to the TOP of Indonesian music industry. Along with their hits single "Ya Sudahlah", Bondan Prakoso & Fade2Black succeed on gaining more eyes from the public over their existance by receiving 4x Platinum Award for RBT (Ring Back Tone) download and 5 times on the Twitter Trending Topics. With that also, they have won several local awards, such as:

- Most popular song 2011 on Anugerah Music TerDahsyat 2011 (local TV music program awards), "Ya Sudahlah".

- Most popular Artis/Grup R&B/Rap/Dance on Indosat Award 2011.

- Most popular R&B/Rap/Dance song on Indosat Awards 2011, "Kita Slamanya".

- TOP 50 on Billboard Unsharted list for 36 weeks.

- Artist of the week on Billboard Uncharted, March 20th.

On their 3rd album, they're already launching 3 singles, "Ya Sudahlah", "Kita Slamanya" and their most latest single "Tetap Semangat".

Now, on 2012, they are BACK! The new next phenomenon single "Tak Terkalahkan" has been airing on every national radio which later will be followed by their new latest album.

REZPECT & UNITY FOR ALL!!

Indonesian quartet The SIGIT produce exhilarating garage-rock that has earned acclaim from the likes of Rolling Stone Indonesia. The SIGIT was formed in the late ‘90s by four high school friends, who shared a mutual admiration for rock gods of the ‘70s. Discreetly in the classroom, the group would listen to their ‘70s influences, in addition to recent phenomenon like Brit-pop, shoegaze, and modern punk-rock. After class they would re-convene in the garage, where they emulated the variety of sounds and styles they heard that day. The SIGIT’s wide range of stylistic interests made it difficult initially to identify the music scene that would fit their inventive material. 

Formed in the late ‘90s, a time when artists like Limp Bizkit and Britney Spears were dominating airwaves, The SIGIT wondered how their rock-based tendencies and reverence for multiple styles would be received by audiences. To find out, they began to send out invitations to a weekly garage gig, which featured beer, barbeque, and The SIGIT’s engaging music. The audience’s reaction was extremely positive, and the four-piece realized they would not be forced to confine to radio conventions to gain listeners. Their authentic love for good old rock ‘n’ roll would be more than enough.

In response to the popular garage gigs, The SIGIT released their debut EP in late 2004. Esteemed publications and labels like FFWD Records came calling, providing The SIGIT opportunities to perform outside their garage. With high-energy and passionate performances, their profile began to rise rapidly through live shows, setting the stage for The SIGIT's 2007 full-length debut, Visible Idea of Perfection. The album received glowing reviews, especially from Australian publications like Faster Louder. This led to The SIGIT's first international gigs, when they toured Australia for Visible Idea of Perfection. By 2009, The SIGIT were performing at US festivals like SXSW. That June, they released a collection of ten diverse songs entitled Hertz Dyslexia, which included a DVD of live footage and music videos. To celebrate the release, The SIGIT held a solo concert in Bandung, which was attended by a sold-out audience of over 3500 fans. A national tour would follow, and The SIGIT’s international presence would increase significantly.

The SIGIT recently released their second full-length album, Detourn. The title is a pun on the word “detournement”, a variation on a previous media work where the newly created one has a meaning that is antagonist to the original. The band started writing Detourn in 2009, and finally took to the studio in late 2011. Recording and mixing ended in January, and Detourn was released on March 16th via FFWD Records. Detourn has already received significant acclaim. Rolling Stone Indonesia gave the album 4 out 5 stars, praising Detourn for its mixture of anthemic rockers and intricately precise orchestration. Seven years between full-lengths, it was clear that The SIGIT knew how to relieve the anticipation.

Sebagai sebuah entitas musik yang sudah berusia hampir sewindu, kami masih kerap lalai untuk membagi kabar terkait perkembangan grup ini kepada kalian, para pendengar musik Cause. Tapi percayalah, bukan maksud kami untuk menganggap remeh hal-hal seperti itu, terkadang kami hanya merasa kebingungan untuk bisa menyampaikan berita secara tepat, baik secara waktu maupun kontennya. 

Tahun depan kami akan berusia satu windu, usia yang masih tergolong produktif bagi sebuah grup musik. Namun, setelah melakukan berbagai pembicaraan dan diskusi panjang, kami pada akhirnya sepakat untuk tidak meneruskan band ini dan mengistirahatkan nama Cause.

Kami berkeyakinan bahwa ini adalah keputusan yang paling baik dari sekian banyak opsi yang kami bahas. Berat memang, terlebih kami menganggap tiap karya yang kami buat merupakan anak dari hasil kreasi dan kecintaan kami terhadap band ini. Anak-anak yang kemudian ikut mengisi hari kami dan para pendengar musik Cause, anak-anak yang berdiri sendiri dengan latar belakang cerita berbeda, anak-anak yang ikut dicintai oleh semua orang yang pernah terlibat dan melibatkan diri dengan Cause.

Kami sangat berterima kasih kepada para pendengar dan teman-teman yang sudah ikut mewarnai perjalanan dan menjadi bagian tak terpisahkan dari Cause selama ini. Dan izinkan kami untuk mengucap salam perpisahan serta merayakan perjalanan yang telah Cause lalui dengan sebuah show intim yang telah lama kami idamkan, berbarengan dengan perilisan dua buah single perpisahan yang akan dirilis oleh Hujan! Rekords pada bulan Februari 2017 nanti. Terima kasih teman-teman, semoga apresiasi dan kebaikan kalian dibalas sepadan dengan kebahagiaan yang berlimpah.
