No stranger to the southern bass scene, Just has put the time into fine-tuning a record collection sure to provide the vibes.
 
Skream, Kromestar and Cessman are staples in his collection but his true inspiration comes from those around him… Lowe1, Sarahtonen, Teets, Jai, Namu, Vudu, Coastr and Matagatsta, to name a few.

Without these people Just would not have the same love for the music. Big up and thank you.

Mixing the old with the new, expect a bouncy and psychedelic sound that keeps the crew swaying right the way through.

Digger insatiable et producteur poussé par le goût de l’expérimentation, 440 Hz revient avec un tout nouvel EP à la signature bien à lui : basses, rythmiques déviantes et spatialisation millimétrée. Une sortie qui marque également le lancement de Mandem, le sous-label de Dans La Zone dédié à la bass music, aux breaks et aux sonorités UK, entre rythmes percutants et structures libres.

Avec Transient, 440 Hz explore une nouvelle fois les frontières entre ambient et bass, assemblant mélodies aériennes et basses denses, porté par une rythmique tendue et organique. Une forme de nostalgie traverse l’ensemble, entre souvenirs d’enfance et rugosité sonore. Pour prolonger cette dynamique, deux remixes signés Neida et Portway viennent y apporter leurs propres textures.

An insatiable digger and producer driven by a taste for experimentation, 440 Hz is back with a brand new EP featuring his signature bass, deviant rhythms and meticulous spatialisation. The release also marks the launch of Mandem, Dans La Zone's sub-label dedicated to bass music, breaks and UK sounds, with percussive rhythms and free structures.

With Transient, 440 Hz once again explores the boundaries between ambient and bass, bringing together airy melodies and dense bass, carried by a taut, organic rhythm. A kind of nostalgia runs through the whole, between childhood memories and sonic roughness. To extend this dynamic, two remixes by Neida and Portway add their own textures.
