The enigmatic Ditian hailing from Argentina, but with an uncertain destiny, is making waves with his current releases gaining support from mainstays like Âme, Dixon, Tale Of Us, Trikk, Mano Le Tough and many others. After his appearance in the last two Secret Weapons compilations of the renowned German label Innervisions, with the tracks ‘Far From Here’ and ‘Fine Day’, Ditian surprised and captured the ear of the global scene.
His EP ‘Chaos Is Order’ recently released on TAU and with the 'Time Is An Illusion' 4 track EP on Exit Strategy, he shows that we have to keep an eye on this talented artist...

Fat Sushi were for the first time on Suara with 'Wake Up' featuring the vocals of US legend Roland Clark released on the last Kitties Wanna Dance Compilation. Now they signed their Suara debut EP with a groove foccused two track release. 'Warehouse' has everything you want from a perfect Tech-House track: A catchy melody with a constantly pushing vibe. 'The Groove' has the ability to work on the dance-floor just as well as in the background. This fresh EP from Fat Sushi smells like Summer!

As we draw the curtains of time on 2018 and reflect on the year, we think about the highs and lows, good and bad. Here at Sprout, we figured there was just enough time to get just one more debut in before the years' end, and what a debut it is. Fat Sushi is a bit of a legend around these parts, signed to a bewildering selection of labels including Suara, Einmusika and Katermukke, their trademark funky style is an assured crowd pleaser and 'Tripod' is no exception. Remixes come from ZAC and D-Nox & Spuri. 

The original mix is a lively House groove underpinned by a gargantuan bassline and some nifty synth work. Muscular and musical in equal measures, this is the kind of track that grows on you every time you hear it. D-Nox and Spuri opt to intensify the groove edging it toward a crossover tech sound for those tough late night floors that need a little meat on their bones. Equally, ZAC takes things tougher and works hard on the low end flavours to deliver a funky, powerful re-imagination.

Swiss duo Fat Sushi is currently making its trademark on the underground clubland by releasing tracks and remixes on some of the most respected labels in the game: Suara, Einmusika, Katermukke, Steyoyoke or Hive Audio to name a few. Being in the industry for almost two decades before the peculiarly named pairing decided to join forces in 2013, you can hear the inspiration of various musical styles in their productions: heavy basslines, uplifting melodies and carefully chosen vocals – from deep house to techno spectrum.

With gigs all over Europe and the US, the past few months have been pretty hectic for the Zurich based guys. But there’s no sign of the cold fat fish slowing down: while constantly hitting the Beatport charts with original productions and remixes for the likes of Fritz Kalkbrenner or Henry Saiz, the guys are also curating their own Fat Wax imprint. Talking about ‘Fat Wax’: being praised by Dancing Astronaut as ‘one of the underground’s most exciting new imprints', the label already showcases an impressive list of artists involved: From Chicago House legend DJ Pierre to balearic vibes from Kyodai to Berlin influences by Marquis Hawkes or UK’s John Monkman.

No surprise, Fat Sushi’s productions get played by the current keyplayers of the Techno & Tech House scene such as Marco Carola, Nicole Moudaber, Maya Jane Coles, Oliver Koletzki, Andhim, Coyu, Lane 8, Einmusika or Reboot to name a few.
