Bufi & Kubebe return to Fauna Reve with their second collaborative EP 'Sternana'. This production is composed of five original tracks that present a fusion of urban rhythms with sticky basslines, booming drums and resonant, psychedelic and melting sounds.

The first single is "Sternana", a collaboration with the talented Livia. It's a mixture of urban electronics and street sounds that takes you through alleys full of punctured drums, resonant sounds, snare rolls and Latin rhythms.

In any case, there is no doubt that we are living in the future.
Living In The Future is the next single on Witness Protection Program. It's an optimistic ode to pessimism or perhaps the other way around. It fuses post-punk with electronic club music (House? Techno? Whatever), and we are very proud to share this promo pack with you.
The music is a collaboration between Davin Varda and fellow traveller, Middle Sky Boom. In addition to the title track, the single comes with two additional remixes, one by Troels Yuri and the other by Middle Sky Boom.

a hanging from Another Porch is a classic WPP chugger. It blends together a fierce industrial beat with dubby bass lines and sweet and optimistic synth parts that shimmer and sparkle. Milano-based producer Eluard graces Slow Motion Records once again with his debut album ‘Dirty Hall’. A release filled with his distinctively nostalgic tone, blending West Coast synth funk and Italo Disco with appropriate, seamless grit. 
‘Dirty Hall’ opens with ‘Die Erste Musik’,  a chiming track with a wide, captivating vocal sampler riff that delicately dances off fizzing percussion. Creamy, glistening chords sit beautifully within this arrangement effortlessly complementing the bassline. This approach is taken a step further in the following ‘Carlo E Daria’, with an instantly attention-grabbing swirling synth motif.  
‘Dirty Hall’ shows the breadth of Eluard's innate talent for harnessing the best out of the analogue machine, creating a rich sonic palette that never fails to warm the ears. The thundering lows of ‘Comic Bad’ are met with a mind-bending augmented synth line and a beautifully enigmatic vocal riff. 
Eluard’s sound design throughout this LP masterfully pushes the retro into the present realm, retaining the characterful intrigue of the instruments recorded. Intelligently placed harmonies in ‘Dancers Are Thin And Pretty’ and ‘Funny Jasmine’ help to raise the instrumental sequences, allowing the listener to be transported to a more reflective, existential space. 
The slick flare of elegant floor filler ‘Phonemes’ solidifies Eluard as a visionary within the Italian Dance Wave Movement, layering distinguished instrumentals with perfectly placed melodics.
‘Dirty Hall’ eloquently concludes with the sophisticated sleaze of ‘In The Next Room’. A masterful nod to the golden era of the vocoder with a stomping, percussive groove and a cleansing chordal sequence. ‘Dirty Hall’ is an LP charged with a mind-bending evocation instilling Eluard as a forward-thinking force within the sonic sphere.

Fauna Rêve was born in 2020, but it was actually conceived years ago. In a remote town in the Mexican jungle, a group of teenagers gathered to find new and different realities, far from the temporary. No one knew that in those long nights the germ of future and distant adventures had been planted.
 
It is difficult to deny that the overexposure to transforming agents such as psychedelic rock, rave culture and proto-tech-mex left an irreversible mark on the incipient personalities of our protagonists. 

Time later, the label was born between dark and distorted memories of the jungle, the wildlife, the chemicals, the synthetic tones, the electric guitars and the slow sunrises, which  finally did not stop feeling like an ancient deja vú.
