Global Drum&Bass is alive and well, from the US to the UK, Japan to Canada, Argentina, Africa and even Romania, which is exactly where our next artist is from.  The FLO has been quickly making an impact both on stage and in the studio.  He's shared the stage with many established artists such as Inspector Dubplate, FuntCase, Reso, Gein, Katharsys, Psychofreud and many others.  With only a few years of production experience under his belt, his dedication and hard work has been paying off.  His debut release was on Electroshok and now he's back with a killer 2 track EP for us here at Heavy Artillery.  Drum&Bass and Drumstep hit the airwaves in essential Heavy Artillery club smashing fashion on this sweet little EP from The FLO.  Straightforward banging beats for the clubs and the streets, jump on it!

Joshua Margherit, known by his stage name Gravage, is a rising force in the bass music scene, celebrated for his electrifying DJ sets and innovative productions. Hailing from Western Canada, Gravage’s  journey into music began at the Shambhala Music Festival in 2012, a pivotal moment that came in the wake of profound personal loss— It was at Shambhala’s iconic Salmo River Ranch, amidst its vibrant community and pulsating beats, that Gravage discovered his passion for bass music, finding solace and purpose in its raw energy.
Driven by this transformative experience, Gravage dedicated himself to mastering the art of DJing and production. His natural talent and relentless work ethic allowed him to hone his craft with remarkable speed. Over the past 12 years, Gravage has become a staple in Western Canada’s festival circuit, delivering high-octane performances at events like Curiosity, Altitude, Restart, and other regional festivals. His sets are renowned for their “gnarly” intensity, blending heavy basslines, intricate sound design, and infectious rhythms that captivate dancefloors. A recent review raved, “Gravage actually plays some of the gnarlyest music I’ve ever experienced… it’s going to be top tier sound.”
Gravage’s music reflects his personal journey—resilient, emotive, and unapologetically bold. Drawing inspiration from the communal spirit of festivals like Shambhala, he creates immersive sonic experiences that resonate with fans of bass music and beyond. As he continues to evolve as an artist, Gravage remains a proud representative of Western Canada’s electronic music scene, pushing boundaries and leaving audiences eager for more.
