Bolam, hailing from Malmö, has been unleashing an exhilarating collection of tracks as of late. His impressive discography includes releases on labels Holding Hands, Slump Recordings, and Haws. Continuing the vein of transforming their creative process, label bosses Kassian release their 4th EP on their imprint Faux Poly. ‘Intimate Empty Club Room’ delivers rich layered soundscapes full of experimental harmonics and an unwillingness to be tied down to any specific club genre.

The EP explores different senses of space, tone and reverberation, which are characterised in the name of each track; Shimmer, Hollow & Fade. The names themselves reflect the aesthetic of the rooms that the tracks were designed for.
