Especially in the run-up to Christmas, there is a risk that we will exhaust ourselves to the limit - because we still have to get presents, because we are still missing something for the big menu, because we still want to empty our desk. We become sensitive, have the feeling even more than usual that the world is completely crazy - and don't realize what part we contribute to it. We would provide much more support to those we love if we took care of ourselves, smiled a little, danced a little. Take your time, look within yourself and you will be stronger than ever before. Gerade in den Vorweihnachtszeiten besteht die Gefahr, dass wir uns auspowern bis zum Letzten – weil wir noch Geschenke besorgen müssen, weil uns noch etwas fürs große Menü fehlt, weil wir den Schreibtisch noch leer bekommen wollen. Wir werden empfindlich, haben noch mehr als sonst das Gefühl, dass die Welt vollkommen verrückt ist – und merken nicht, welchen Teil wir dazu beitragen. Dabei würden wir denen, die wir lieben, viel mehr Unterstützung zuteilwerden lassen, wenn wir uns mal um uns selber kümmern würden, mal lächeln, ein bisschen tanzen. Nimm Dir Zeit, schau in Dich hinein und Du wirst stärker sein, als je zuvor.
