Ed Geater is a Birmingham (UK) based singer-songwriter, multi-instrumentalist and producer.

An experimental and self taught singer and songwriter originally hailing from South East London, Andreya Triana grew up submerged in a multicultural atmosphere. A unique vocalist, Andreya began singing at the tender age of 7, taking influence from the sights and sounds of inner city London. Her early love and passion for music would see her locked in her bedroom for hours on end writing poetry, making homemade mix tapes and recording tracks - utilising two battered cassette decks to record harmonies. Her early love of improvisation would warp and change over the years, hugely influencing her 'Freeflo Sessions' - a hypnotic one woman show using a sampler to loop vocals, percussive sounds and beats live. To date she has taken her Freeflo Sessions worldwide, dazzling audiences far and wide with her cutting edge and soulful performances. 

2010 saw the release of her album 'Lost Where I Belong', produced by Bonobo, with fellow Ninja Tune singer and songwriter Fink also stepping up to co-write two tracks for the album. 'Lost Where I Belong' is a beautifully honest album combining Soul, Folk, Jazz and Bonobo's cinematic magic in a highly anticipated and hotly tipped debut... watch out for Andreya Triana!

where do I start, the reason for making music? 
why would you want to follow this journey? jump up and down and scream my lyrics at the top of your voice in a sweaty packed out concert?

belief. belief that my stories are your stories, that the meaning in these songs has something to hold on too.. these songs aren't for me but for you - and if I can do anything, it is to leave this place better than when I found it.

At first I thought saving the planet meant planting tree's & putting my plastic in the recycling .. as good as it is to do all those things, it's not enough. So I decided to pursue two completely radical one in a million idea's and hope for the best. (1) a music career ... (2) A global carbon removal solution. I know..... I'm probably crazy - but by subscribing to my music, your helping me gain something money cannot buy, a voice, and a platform.

This is what I would like to use.. not only to play concerts and shows, but to build a better future. I was lucky enough to make it as the 117th top team in the global carbon removal competition hosted by Xprize (funded by Elon Musk).

I think anything that is described as art has to have a purpose. and I think this is mine.
