I've been playing in the local music scene since 1975. As I write and record I will add new songs.

A long-time hip-hop fan, Kon has been making hip-hop music since 2006 when he released an indie album with childhood friend/artist Mic Virus.  After parting ways Kon started producing all of his own music and perfecting his craft as a solo artist.  Opening up for many indie and major label artists, Kon began performing at many venues.  Most recently in May 2012, Kon released his second solo effort titled, "I'm a Dreamer".  With a mixture of sample-less synth driven hard hitting beats Kon didn't forget his witty punch-line style that many love on his latest effort.  A change in the usual boom-bap sample heavy beat selection, and a more in-depth picture of who Kon is, was shown in the album.  As a writer/producer/artist, Kon doesn't plan on stopping any time soon.

Still alive and mostly undamaged. Started out in Texas, and can now be found in Wisconsin. Pay no attention to the Bondo patches, the gray primer on the left rear passenger door, the soiled driver's seat, or the 12 year old air freshener...

OneTwistedHippie is a constantly changing project, with song styles ranging from Hard Alternative Rock to Acoustic Folk Blues.
