Hamburg based producer Hatzler’s EP is crafted to keep the dancefloor moving, with two original tracks and two remixes. ‘SkyT’ unfolds with a rolling groove that ascends abruptly into a throbbing, trance-inducing piece peppered with cavernous synth pads. ‘KreaT’ lays down hard hitting thumps from the get-go, doling out an undulating synth with whirring atmospherics. It’s these whirs that end up combining harmoniously with the swirling synth hook, leading to a highly anticipated peak time release. For his ‘SkyT’ remix, Sian amps up the theatrics, giving the track a dramatic dimension by infusing it with spacious reverb. Where Sian went down a more theatrical avenue, Ruiz plays down the emotion. OK OK.. fuck, this onesheet is overdue. Tiga has been working hard finishing his album and I've been off-duty, on holiday in India the past two weeks. I'm in Schiphol airport now, drinking tea, about to take a shower in the 'crown lounge'. That's right, thanks to Turbo's success I achieved Skyteam and Star Alliance gold! Anyways, I badly wanted to freak out and stay in my psy-tropical paradise, but we have dance music that needs to be pressed onto vinyl and written about so that you can download it now for free... the saga continues: 

Kolombo puts out a lot of records. Some of them I love, most of them are too housey and boring for me. His stuff always sounds great, but teeters dangerously on that line of commercial club music... reminding me of overly groomed men and cologne blowing in the smoke machine.

That sounds bad, but it's the truth, the same as it's true that these two tracks are total standouts and have been effective weapons lately for the few Turbo VIP's that have them. 

'Sniff' takes hiss, THE sound of '08 (Popof, anyone?) to the next level by punctuating each white-noise breakdown with a giant sample of a human sniff!!! Genius... and perhaps the first true blow anthem ever in techno.* This should be number one on Beatport.

'Pique Nique' may have an annoying name and start off a bit boring, but the breakdown is a game changer, modulating from chirpy fairy wiggle-house down to a sub bass groove that achieves the requisite hands-in-the-air factor without making anyone feel they need to play Crookers for the rest of the night (note: we LOVE Crookers... Ciao, ragazzi!!)

That's it and that's all... two great tracks, no lame remixes... enjoy!

*note from Tiga: I think it is safe to say that "Your Only Friend" by Phuture is the first "blow anthem" in techno..... but lets say this is  the most recent.

It gives us great pleasure to see when talent and geniality come together.Deniz Bul, beloved FCKNG SERIOUS family member and longtime friend who constantly proves to be a guarantor for great music and exceptional good mood returns with his new "Free Your Mind" EP which is a beauty yet again.

Joining forces with Markus Volker obviously spawned quite a dancefloor stomper. This being said, "Free Your Mind" - a popular recommendation that most of the time turns out to be easier said than done - actually seems possible. All you need to do is to expose yourself to the track and... Bang!... realize how immediately it redirects your blood stream
from your brain to your legs. Yap, it can be that easy. 
Who said healing is just for doctors?

"With You" is a musical time journey that arouses a reminiscence of the good old acid days. However instead of overusing the distinctive sound Deniz manages to keep it smoothly and thus creates a very deep and thoughtful atmosphere.

"With You" seems like a timeless beauty already.
We're glad having Deniz back on the label and look forward to seeing your happy faces when we'll finally be sharing the EP with you around the globe.
