The Incredible Creation is a creative brand/umbrella organization that hosts an array of artistic abilities, facilitating in creating, building and supporting the dreams of those artist(s) invested in this artistic powerhouse. Joining together all facets of creative talents under one unifying brand who’s mission is to set the standard of being incredible though fostering the growth and development of its members personally, professionally, emotionally and by using the wealth of resources at its disposal, a unique perspective, an outlet to freely express themselves through use of their various artistic talents. The Incredible Creation in essence is a family full of different talents and outlets all connected by a sincere desire to touch and inspire the world through their gifts.

Felize Pierce was born March 15, 1988 in Columbia, Md. Her childhood was greatly affected by the absence of both her father and mother due to drug addiction.

With both parents away, she was raised for a brief period of time by her grandmother. Her grandmother was a fan of Michael Jackson and Felize was glued to the tv screen for each concert constantly uttering "I want to do that!"

By the time Felize turned 6, she witnessed her Grandmothers' death and was sent briefly to a childhood friends home. The family introduced her to dance, determined to distract her from the troubles she had been facing at home.

In the mid 90's Felize and her younger sibling were placed into foster care and struck lucky with one foster family. Felize would keep the house entertained with productions she would put on weekly if not daily. Every week, there were at least two hand written scripts and songs performed in the basement that the  family was charged to see.

    During her preteen years, Felize was known for being the tiny girl with a big voice. She was always singing through the hallways of her middle school and formed her middle school's very first choir. It was evident she found comfort in the performing arts.

 One field trip to a youth musical theatre production ignited a flame so big, Felize was determined to be on that stage. With no one to fund her love for the craft, one particular teacher saw both her talent and desire for performing and funded her first theatre training for that very stage. It took one show for the theatre director to see the potential Felize possessed. Playing every lead role for years it was clear Felize was meant to be a star.

Today she again embarks on that journey to make sure everyone knows her name. Coming from more than humble beginnings and determined to live out her dreams,
