Many different styles of music inspired and appear throughout this album, hence the name "Amalgamation"
We are all an amalgamation of all the various, different experiences and influences throughout our lives and to define ourselves by one genre, style, idea or title neglects the truely simple yet abstract complexities of life.

Originality isn't spawned out of thin air but created through the combining, filtering and expressing our individual and unique experiences. I went into this album with no goal other than to make whatever felt right in the moment of recording/production.

With the various styles I used on this album, I hope there is at least one song on here that will resonate with each person who listens to it. Whether it be more boom bap and upbeat; brooding and introspective; experimental and abstract or laidback and vibey.

Writing about myself is always weird...

I like to write lyrics and make beats, usually inspired by different music genres I enjoy, video games I play and books that I read. 

I love most music in general but have always gravitated toward hip-hop & metal.

I'm a friggin' nerd so my references, metaphors & punchlines will probably come off as so and any assumed intention to come off as obscure or mysterious is really just because I listen to, watch, read and play shit that normal people could probably care less about 🤷‍♂️

I hope you all enjoy my rippity-rapping and beep-booping and if not, feel free to comment how bad you think I smell. Maybe it'll bring me down a notch and then you can feel good about yourself.
