Formation Records is proud to welcome back Dunk, who’s progress in the scene has been immeasurable. This time, he is delivering us a sub heavy ‘Club or Money’ EP full of spark and originality, we're super excited about this one!

‘Danger’ is a deep dark and dirty stomper. With an ominous introduction comprised mainly of a lonely high hat, we are quickly reaching the first drop to be hit in the face with a blasting rolling bass. The minimal drum pattern enables the bass to stand out to its fullest.

‘Club or Money’ is a roller we’ve really been feeling. Opening with hypnotic pads and a single hat that build with tension into new heights and flipped the drop on its head to deliver a deep and rolling dancefloor groove with a stimulating bassline.

‘Bullcap’ sees Dunks trademark slow and steady introduction once again. With a powerful drums section throughout, and a warping well produced bass there is a serious presence.

‘Fastasy’ is the sensational number showcasing the unique varied sound. Filled with soft atmospheres, crafted grooves and rolling bass notes, this concluding masterpiece is not one to be ignored.

I am a 19-year-old DJ from Shrewsbury, Shropshire, but currently studying electronic music production in Bristol.
I have been DJing for about 3 years mixing various genres but now sticking -to ragga jungle/drum n bass. I have played in multiple venues across the UK in Birmingham, Manchester and Bristol, including The Black Swan and Lakota. A festival set is one of my biggest goals and something I would love to tick off the list.
