As a youngster in the 1980's, I fell in love with synth-pop.  My favorites were Duran Duran, Howard Jones, Men Without Hats, Thomas Dolby...  I used to dream of the day when I could own synthesizers so that I could record my own music.   Beginning in 1986 with a little Casio VL-Tone and a mono tape recorder, I took my first baby steps into the world of creating electronic music.
