Nata e cresciuta a Montreal, Canada, dopo la maturit. Sophia Luypaert si trasferisce a Torino. Nel 2001 lascia il mondo del lavoro per tornare agli studi e diventa Naturopata e Operatore Shiatsu! Prosegue il cammino aggiungendo altre specializzazioni di cui il Qi Gong con il Maestro Lin Kai Ting, fino ad approdare al Chopra Center dove coniuga la Medicina Tradizionale Cinese dello Shiatsu e le varie discipline olistiche del percorso di Naturopata, all’Ayurveda e la filosofia Yoga. Oggi Sophia il primo Vedic Master del Chopra Center in Italia, propone serate di introduzione, classe settimanali e week-end di Meditazione del Suono Primordiale, Perfect Health - Stile di vita Ayurvedico, nonché lezioni di Yoga delle 7 Leggi Spirituali dello Yoga. At a recent conference in Sarasota Florida, Shahabuddin read a text written by Tibetan Guru Padmasambhava who brought Buddhism to Tibet in the 8th Century. “The Yoga of Knowing the Mind” is a text for which Shahabuddin is famous among his students around the world.

The translation he uses is from The Tibetan Book of the Great Liberation by W. Y. Evans-Wentz. It's recommended that students read the piece aloud for 40 days, or 100 days, or even more, to gain full benefit of the teaching that is set forth there.
