"Born and raised in Perugia (IT), Aka Hyoo (Gabriele) moved to Amsterdam in 2018 after his graduation at the Design University of San Marino, and an internship in Videomapping in Florence, bringing with him a rich background in design, visual art and projection mappings.
He runs @decadanceamsterdam together with Aritmia Sonora - an event, label, and mix series based in Amsterdam.
His passion for meticulously crafted sounds, mix intricately popular and underground music into storytelling landscapes from both international and Italian artists. Inspired by trip hop, dub, downtempo, and idm, he combines deep basslines and sharp glitches to cinematic sounds, while industrial and electrical feelings found their way throughout techno rhythms, creating vivid and otherworldly sonic experiences. It is a fusion of obscure atmospheres, intricate drum patterns, uplifting melodies and nostalgia."

Here, while I'm bound on my knees before the majesty of your presence, you, goddess, dance on my limbs as Ame no Uzume danced on the empty barrel to bring the sun back to the sky: strike me to fight the eclipse of your amusement! Beat me and enjoy, let the rumble of this drum join the jingling of your laugh.
May my skin become a drum’s membrane, may the surface of my body be stained with the purple hematomas, may this grotesque torso swell under the force of your rhythm: my goddess, compose the music of your satisfaction on this instrument, may I become speaker of your percussions, amplifying your hits.
Beat me. Every single part of my body offers itself to your attention, from my devoted eyes, to my most exposed vulnerability: hit my roundness, my weaknesses offered to your inclement force, kick my fertility because you alone have possession of my future .
And if you then want to hit me with the insides of your body, sadistic greedy divinity, create your rhythmic dance with your pelvis, beat me and beat me until I lose my breath, until the end of time, I wounded cliff, you indomitable and violent sea.
