1. Hey Micha - hier könnte jetzt deine Biografie oder auch ein cool formulierter Pressetext von dir stehen, steht aber nicht  Wie würdest du einen dieser beiden Punkte in nur einem zusammenhängenden Satz formulieren?

In Berlin geborener, vom Heavy Metal und 80íger Jahre Mucke beeinflusster, extrovertierter Technofreak, dem das auflegen und mixen, verschiedenster Technostyles, einfach nur Spaß macht. 

2. Wann hattest du eigentlich dein erstes Mal? Ähm besser gesagt in welcher Situation hast du das erste Mal bewusst an einem Mischpult gestanden?

Für diese Frage bin ich schon zu alt und ich hänge nicht wirklich an der Vergangenheit. Is jedenfalls schon ziemlich lange her und begann wohl mit 2 Sonet Kassettenrekordern.

3. Wo hat für dich Musik ihre Grenzen?

Die Musik an sich hat keine Grenzen, es sei denn sie wird missbraucht um menschenverachtende Texte zu verbreiten.  

4. Wie würdest du deine Musik charaktarisieren?

Meine Musik ist grundsätzlich von meiner momentanen Gefühlslage geprägt. Geht’s mir dreckig ist die Mucke dreckig, bin ich entspannt, ist die Musi chillig und bin ich voller Adrenalien und happy, dann spiegelt sich das absolut in meinen Sets oder Tracks wieder. 

5. Was denkst du, wie findet die Musikindustrie Talente?

YouTube…Facebook…Assi TV…. Wer am lautesten schreit, wird gehört….Ob das wirklich mit musikalischen Talent zu tun hat, könnte bezweifelt werden aber wie so oft, die Musikindustrie schaut was sich am besten verkauft, nur das zählt! 

6. Welche Rolle spielt Performance-Musik heute? Bzw. welche Rolle spielt sie für dich?

Animation spielt eine große Rolle denke ich, zumindest „verkauft“ sich ein Track zum Beispiel viel besser, wenn der DJ voll mit abgeht, die Massen animiert mitzugröhlen oder „Hands Up“ wie man so schön sagt…als wenn er nur auf seinen Laptop stiert oder teilnahmslos dasteht und sein Set durchlaufen lässt. Ich headbange zu gerne, also ist meine Trackauswahl dementsprechend und ich habe den Eindruck, dem Publikum gefällt das. 

7. Was sind deine 3 häufigsten Gedanken beim spielen bzw. wenn du gerade auflegst?

- welchen Track als nächstes?  
- schwitze wie ein Schwein  
-  Mist das ich nicht hören kann, wie der Sound auf dem Floor klingt

8. Thema DJs und Ihre gewissen Markenzeichen ... welches ist dein Markenzeichen?

Ich grinse gerne und man sagt des Öfteren „ Heisenberg oder Walther White“ zu mir…ansonsten habe ich eigentlich kein Markenzeichen.

9. Hast du Schon mal was von den 12 klassischen DJ-Posen gehört?

Erkennst du dich wieder? 

Ja habe ich und einige davon macht wohl jeder mal beim auflegen…“Headbanging“ is eher selten aber ich mach das gerne.

10. Viele Wege führen ja bekanntlich nach Rom, welchen Weg wirst du weiterhin für deine Zukunft einschlagen?

Solange die Leute mich hören und sehen wollen, mache ich gerne weiterhin Technomucke und alles weitere ergibt sich einfach…ich lass mich treiben und wenn dann mal „Windstille“  is, gibt’s andere Dinge die ich gerne mache.

1. Hey ihr Beiden - hier könnte jetzt eure Biografie oder auch ein cool formulierter Pressetext von euch stehen, steht aber nicht ;) Wie würdet ihr einen dieser beiden Punkte in nur einem zusammenhängenden Satz formulieren? 
 
„Wir sorgen für Gruppenerlebnisse indem wir durch Beschallung Raum in Anspruch nehmen.“ Also ähnlich wie wenn jemand sein Handy in der U-Bahn aufdreht und alle anderen Teil an seiner Musik haben lässt. Nur sympathischer!   
 
2. Wann hattet ihr eigentlich euer erstes Mal? Ähm besser gesagt in welcher Situation habt ihr das erste Mal bewusst an einem Mischpult gestanden? 
 
Rifat: Bei mir war es mit 15 nach einem Skateboard-Contest. Wir haben den ganzen Abend nur noch Schallplatten gehört und wurden von dem blinken des Mischpultes gut unterhalten.  
Christian: .Bei mir war es 1998 (wie kann es anders?)bei einem Freund "Dennis Westermann" um genau zu sein,  mittlerweile macht Rifat bei ihm eine Ausbildung zum Veranstaltungskaufmann.  
 
3. Wo hat für euch Musik ihre Grenzen?  

Hier sind wir uns einig! Normalerweise kennt Musik keine Grenzen. Aber... da, wo es wehtut, Leid schafft oder hässliche politische Einstellungen verkörpert hört es einfach auf!! Musik sollte etwas Schönes sein und Emotionen verkörpern, keine Parolen!! 
 
4. Wie würdet ihr eure Musik charakterisieren? 

Sie hat bei uns viele Charakter, von traurig bis glücklich, von hart zu herzlich, von Hell bis Grell aber auch als jugendlich und frech, sowie als dynamisch und futuristisch würden wir sagen...  
 
5. Was denkt ihr, wie findet die Musikindustrie Talente? 
 
Rifat: Die Industrie sieht 6,8Mio Youtube-Klicks und will ein Stück vom Kuchen ab haben. Dafür werden dann neue Künstler gefordert. Jedenfalls haben aber auch diese „neuen“ Künstler meistens schon einiges in ihrer Kariere als Musiker geleistet und schaffen so vielleicht den erwünschten Durchbruch. Aber das da irgendwo ein A&R-Manager durch Facebook oder Soundcloud scrollt und Edits von Wohnzimmerproduzenten durchhört um diese zu signen ist eher unwahrscheinlich. 
Christian:  Sie findet auf Plattformen wie Soundcloud, Facebook oder ähnliches  neue Talente, was ich gar nicht so schlecht finde, denn dadurch bleibt die Musik im Fokus.

Klein, fein aber OHLOW!

2. Wann hattest du eigentlich dein erstes Mal? Ähm besser gesagt in welcher Situation hast du das erste Mal bewusst an einem Mischpult gestanden?

Das erste Mal? Ich glaube, dass war noch eher unbewusst mit 14 oder 15 am Elevatorstand auf der Y.O.U. Messe in Berlin. Dort verpasste mir der liebe DJ Bosco (wie damals auch im Elevatorlernvideo), die ersten Eindrücke an einem DJ Set. Für die bewusste Situation sorgten dann ca. 1 Jahr später, diverse Privatsessions und die ersten Gigs im Labor & Skyclub.  

3. Wo hat für dich Musik ihre Grenzen? 

Wenn man für nicht mal 1 ganze Handvoll unbrauchbaren Sch****, extra eine sinnlose Vinyl veröffentlichen muss und die dann auch noch über 10 Euro kostet!!!

4. Wie würdest du deine Musik charakterisieren? 

100% VINYL! 

5. Was denkst du, wie findet die Musikindustrie Talente?

Umfangreiche Frage ... ich denke mal da gibt es mittlerweile 1001 Möglichkeiten, wie die Musikindustrie Talente findet. OK Google ... :D  

6. Welche Rolle spielt Performance-Musik heute? Bzw. welche Rolle spielt sie für dich? 

Also, ich sag mal so ... egal ob die Künstler heute ihre Musik nun mit Vinyl, Syncbutton oder Live performen, die größte Rolle spielt für mich immer das Gesamtpaket, was dann am Ende dabei rauskommt.

7. Was sind deine 3 häufigsten Gedanken beim spielen bzw. wenn du gerade auflegst? 

Die 3 häufigsten nur? Oh das wird schwierig, na mal schauen ...

1. Verdammt ... wo ist denn jetzt wieder die leere Hülle?!
2. Nen Ventilator wäre jetzt nicht schlecht.  
3. Wann holst du dir endlich mal ein längeres Kopfhörerkabel! 

8. Thema DJs und Ihre gewissen Markenzeichen ... welches ist dein Markenzeichen?

Ganz klar der Plattenkoffer! Mein Cap trage ich auch privat schräg ;)

Also erstmal werde ich meinen alten Plattenkoffer in Zahlung geben und mir einen neuen zulegen. Um diesen dann richtig einzufahren, werde ich natürlich auch weiterhin, den ein oder anderen aufregenden Weg für meine Leidenschaft einschlagen. Zudem wird mein Baby ''NO SUBJECT BEATZ'' im November 10 Jahre alt und Schlagzeugunterricht ist auch noch geplant ... somit haben also alle meine Hände immer voll zu tun ... *hehe*

Berlin-based Robosonic welcome the springtime with their first OFF EP.

"Worst Love" uses an anthemic sample to create a groovy dancefloor burner with tight groove.

Doctor Dru delivers a contemporary underground pop remix.

Fritz Zander from the Suol collective made a "Panorama Bar 9 am"-styled remix for the real house-heads.

And with "Thankful", Robosonic give us a 2nd original track, slightly more toolish than Worst Love.

Not content with taking over the Ushuaïa Ibiza Beach Hotel for Thursday’s day party and transforming the serene Ushuaia beach every Sunday into an the island’s first open-air cinema, Used + Abused continue their takeover of the White Isle this Summer with the launch of the ‘Used + Abused’ Radio Show. Listen in every week on the infamous Ibiza Global Radio 97.6FM on Wednesdays starting 5th June from 18.00hrs – 19.00hrs.

The Used + Abused Radio Show, which will be broadcast across the island is undoubtedly the most hotly-anticipated new addition to Ibiza Global Radio’s schedule this Summer. Hosted by Desolat label-head Loco Dice the hour long show will feature the finest new music to be heard anywhere on the Island, as well as exclusive interviews and mixes from a host of high-calibre guests – most of whom will play the Used + Abused party the following Thursday at Ushuaia. 

With guests yet to be announced, keep your ears open and your dials turned to 97.6FM Ibiza Global Radio to hear first hand another innovative and electrifying artistic experience brought to you Used + Abused.

BIO: Federico was born on January 16, 1992 in the city of Buenos Aires, Argentina. It was introduced in to the scene of the capital of Argentina at the beginning of 2013. From his beginnings, he was characterized by proclaiming the House genre, and all its nuances, although due to the sounds he shows at his shows and musical productions, it’s notorious that he is influenced by other styles, such as techno, pop, rock and jazz.

In 2014 Federico formed a duo with the Argentine DJ/PRODUCER, David Brunelli. Both made presentations in B2B format quite regularly and they have even made tracks together. Sadly, in January 2018 his partner lost his life in a car accident and the duo was unable to continue.

After the tragic news and after a few months in which he considered giving up his career, Federico felt that he should continue his friend's legacy and, up to this days, that is the engine wich motivates him to try to improve musically day by day.

Throughout his career, the DJ/PRODUCER had the opportunity to share the scenery with important national and international artists. Among the most known of them, we can mention: Miss Monique; Luciano; Cuartero; wAFF; Richy Ahmed; Santé; Sydney Charles; Coeus; Hozho; Stacey Pullen; Reboot; Kaiserdisk; Carlo Lio; David Herrero; Sebastien Leger; Alex Arnout; Mike Vale; Gonçalo; Sinisa Tamamovik; Eli Iwasa; Brigado Crew; Londonground; Manu Desrets; Adrian Hour; Elio Riso; Kintar; Big Fabio; Luis Nieva; Facu Carri; Tommy Wahl; John Cosani.
