Pablo Bolivar's label Seven Villas is known to put out anything from house, techno, ambient to slightly more experimental sounds, always relying on smooth progressive melodies. For their latest release, they welcome Thierry Viti, better known by his stage name of Ercos Blanka. Blanka's sounds have graced renowned imprints such as Kerri Chandler’s Madtech, while this release only re-affirms his status as one to keep an eye on. An 8 track LP, 'Classic Track' is a subtle but engaging listen that would fit perfectly as a soundtrack of short and rainy autumn days. Recommended for all Balearic, deep, melodic and dub aficionados with a gentle taste.

The fifth release from @noha_bekind and his PanickPanick! label comes at us from the label head himself. The Europa EP has already won heavy support from a slew of house and techno’s biggest names already,  putting the lead track in heavy rotation in recent sets. “Originally”, says Noha, “I wanted to keep ‘Europa’ as a secret DJ weapon. The idea behind the name of the track is that it depicts my home, Europe. I keep on travelling and moving, without really feeling Italian or belonging to any particular culture”. Now firmly based in Berlin (where he’s recently become a part of the Anonymous Souls collective alongside other local-based talents such as Per Hammar, S.A.M and Matthew Dekay), ‘Europa’ is a truly exceptional slide of dramatic house music - and an undisputedly catchy jam that’s been tailor-made with blissful dancefloor moment in mind.

A staple name for many within the industry, Madtech Record’s evolution since its formation back in 2012 as a sister label to the legendary Madhouse has seen the label welcome a host of top tier names to its catalogue whilst also helping to establish a number of those artists at the beginning of their careers. Having recently welcomed Cologne native DJOKO to deliver his impressive ‘Alpha Centauri’ EP in March, the Madtech Records camp look to keep things moving here with fresh new V/A instalment in their self-titled series as they reveal fresh cuts from four of the genres most exciting up-and-coming talents.
