Poté recorded our first SonarMix fresh off his appearance at Sónar Lisboa: “...one of my all time favourite sets,” he gushes. “I really wanted to give a similar energy to what I felt there, but with a few twists and turns, and some exclusives too."

The Paris-based producer and DJ, born on the Caribbean island of St. Lucia and partially raised in London, brings a little bit of everywhere he’s lived to the dancefloor, and plenty of drums.

Over the course of an hour, he weaves his way through a dense forest of rhythms, taking in Babatunde Olatunje's spiritual Afrobeat, slippery UK club tracks, ballroom-influenced French house and Brazilian electroclash/baile funk agitators Bondo Do Rolê  - plus the euphoric swoon of his own track 'Natives'.

A small taste of what he'll bring to his DJ set at Sónar by Night on Friday 17th June.
