Le Pépiniériste, once the elusive mastermind behind Paris's underground electronic webradio and the clandestine host of intimate parties shrouded in mystery, now emerges as a sage columnist at StarWax magazine. His evolution from a hardcore free party fanatic to a purveyor of electro, slow beats, and mind-altering psychedelic techno hints at a darker transformation lurking beneath the surface.

Meanwhile, Horseshit, the tireless digger of sound, the rebel with a penchant for punk-rock rebellion, post-punk introspection, and the pulsating rhythm of funk and new wave, has been crafting sonic mosaics since 2014. Crossfade Sounds presents the Inner Noises EP from German producer Rheinkalk, a now-established resident artist within the label. Since making his debut in September 2024 with a remix for Seabra Monkey, Rheinkalk has become an integral part of the Crossfade family, contributing two solo EPs, the track L'Albatross to our first cassette release, and a recent remix for Madloch & Subnode's Closing Cycles.

With Inner Noises, he returns with four beautifully detailed pieces — Invisible Bodies, Neon Fracture, Muted Steps, and Vapour. Each track explores the space between electronica, dub, and ambient textures, marked by subtle rhythmic movement and an introspective atmosphere.

Balancing experimentation with emotional precision, Rheinkalk continues to refine his sound and artistic identity. Inner Noises EP stands as another thoughtful addition to the Crossfade Sounds catalogue, highlighting the label's commitment to deep, immersive, and forward-thinking electronic music.
