Originally hailing from Richmond, Virginia, Wassu鈥檚 deep and underground house music is influenced from his early days of playing piano and percussion. Wassu incorporates softer melodies combined with hard hitting, grooving percussive elements to allow for long, smooth journeys of dance music.

Wassu was also recently featured in Anjunadeep's 2019 Yearbook with his collaboration with Marsh, "Like You". The Yearbook consists of highlights of 2019 releases from the label and spans artists from the likes of Dosem, YOTTO, Ben Bohmer, Nox Vahn, Joseph Ray, 16Bl, Cubicolor, and more. In addition to this, Wassu's other releases on David Hohme鈥檚 Where The Heart Is, Magician On Duty, Poesie, The Purr, and Silk Music position him well for the deep and progressive scene..

Wassu has also performed alongside a roster of artists including: Grum, FEHRPLAY, Marsh, Jody Wisternoff, Martin Roth, Dee Montero, Alle Farben, Eli & Fur, David Hohme, and more. Most recently, he supported Above & Beyond for their New Years Eve event in New York City at the New York Expo Center. Sydney's Double Touch, grace the Flow sessions this week, they have put together an uplifting 3:33 mix that consisted of exactly 33 tracks! What perfect symmetry! Double Touch duo Drummer/DJ/Producer Mark Olsen & LA based classical crossover pianist & composer Van-Anh Nguyen come together to create a blend of dreamy electronica with live Keys and percussion. 

Words from Mark and Van-Anh: For our Flow Sessions Mix, as it was over 3 hours we had the opportunity to really build this set from our sunset
All Day I Dream style up to some of our more darker and moody TrybesOF vibes. As most radio and podcast mixes we do are usually
around one hour in length, we don’t often get this opportunity to build the set up to what we would usually play “after dark”.
We have a few unreleased tunes of ours in this mix that we tested out, including two from our TrybesOF EP coming out in April, and our next release a collaboration with M.O.S.

Based in Los Angeles, Lionel and Ray have honed an infectious and party-starting sound that takes in serious references like New Wave, Post Punk, and the 80s proto house synth experiments of Anne Clarke, Yazoo and Depeche Mode, but never makes the mistake of taking them too seriously.
Their DJing style is as varied as it is energetic and is now winning them a loyal following in the US and around the world after tours of Mexico and Europe in late 2019 and early 2020. 

As skilled in the studio as they are in the booth, Pyramids is rather unbelievably only the second ever EP by the duo, after releasing a slew of of incredibly well loved remixes in the the 12 months since their debut release on Me Me Me last year, which saw the tracks Starlight Ceremony and Kenji both become bona fide club hits and a firm favourite of distinct DJs such as HAAi, Keinemusik and CC Disco.
