A fan of all kinds of melodic, rhythmic, classic, indie and psychedelic electronic music. Growing up as a 90s kid, listening to trance music, I fell in love with how different instruments and euphoric sounds could be compiled together to give the mix an exquisitely elegant mood and ambience. It was Ferry Corsten's Album - Infinite Euphoria (2004) which was unique and heartfelt in the way how he takes you on a euphoric journey of all sounds Electronica. Using that as inspiration, my mission here is to deliver Concept Mixes taking you on hour long journeys. They will be versatile, not confined to one genre varying in character best suited to the concept.

Adapted from Edgar Allan Poe's original text, this original psychological thriller story has been re-imagined in this mind-bending, pulse-pounding, bloody-disgusting short film. 

In “The Tell Tale Heart,” directed by McClain Lindquist, the Narrator (Sonny Grimsley) descends into madness as he is haunted by the “evil eye” of the Old Man (James C. Morris). The Narrator murders the Old Man in his bed and hides his body under the floorboards. The Narrator’s frail mind begins to unravel when Detective Tucker (Teren Turner) and Officer Sharpe (Mikah Olsen) come to inquire about the Old Man’s whereabouts.

Revisiting Poe’s The Tell Tale Heart is more than bringing a classic horror story to a new audience; it’s discovering a creative way to explore this classic psychological thriller. The narrative is enhanced through an unpredictable use of sound and light. 

The characters blend a modern sensibility with anachronistic charm as seen through an unsettling array of time and space, while a shifting setting disorients the unwitting audience. What is seen and what is heard leads the perplexed audience to ask… what is insanity and what truly constitutes reality?
