Italian DJ-producer and Australia-based Leo Guardo team up with Toshi, A rising star singer from South African who released in labels such as Madoras, Wired, or MoBlack, to name but a few. Their debut on Redolent Music is titled' Sikhanyisele,' A beautifully crafted and meaningful Afro House song.

'Sikhanyisele,' which means 'shine your light on us,' represents our spiritual needs to connect with the creator through driving synths. These melodic waves navigate us into a captivating voice that requests us to enlighten our consciousness and guide us through our material existence.

'Sikhanyisele' is a profound masterpiece, with resounding piano chords, a leading bass-line connecting instantly with the deep touchy voice. Toshi creates a mystic environment along the way, delivering her message in the most delicate possible way. 'In everything that we are passing through, we are nomads, we have nothing, but that's ok, we can handle that, but what we can't handle is you hiding your light from us.'

Sparrow & Barbossa return with a double remix work -main and score- demonstrating their versatility moving through the different spectrums of electronica. The 'Sail We Must' EP by Irish producer Signa Rust draws inspiration from Alfos, reflecting a mutual appreciation for slower-paced sounds around the 100/110bpm mark. Crafted primarily with analog gear, it's a track that embodies hope and is dedicated to Signa's late father. The saying "fail we may, sail we must," an old fisherman's adage, resonates throughout the work, honoring his lifelong career in the industry. The opening track unfolds with a 303 and a uniquely twisted synth arp, then shifts gears with the introduction of strings, infusing the piece with a sense of hope and serene joy. '13.0 TeV' begins with the characteristic 808 percussion sounds, mingled with dubby samples that create a Rastafarian ambiance, followed closely by the 303's simmering acidity, before escalating with a distorted pad sequence. The EP concludes with Will Flisk's remix of '13.0 TeV'.

We’re happy to cordially invite you to the Regression Session, hosted by eternal Philadelphia scene flag bearers @zillasonacid ! And if you think this sounds awfully lot like a scam, you’re probably right: „Regression Session“ is just a front of their illegal black market operation, trading raw uncut gems on a large scale. Just listen to the opener and title track and you won’t exactly have a strong case for the Zillas selling out, but rough as it is, this thing is capable of destroying any dancefloor it touches. Looking at their recent releases it’s fair to say the Z’s are on quite a run, putting out music on labels like Permanent Vacation, Throne Of Blood, Multi Culti or Ivan Smagghe’s Disques de la Mort. Tunes like the sneaky rough slow burners „Underling“ or „Start Digging“ sound like they could be lifted from the latter’s infamous DJ sets, while the deceptively titled „Cha Cha Cha“ or closer „Casual Observer“ justify the „Acid“ in the artist name. „Shining Snakes Across The Lake“ is what some years might have been called a mid-tempo house roller and probably counts as downtempo these days. Speaking of tempos, the penultimate „Sweet Days Of Discipline“ starts of masquerading as reaaally downtempo, but ends up throwing 155bpm kick drums at you, so better watch out, all you k-hole ravers! Let’s not forget to talk about „bquiet“, which is what you’d call mid-tempo house these days (125bpm) and uses the eternally banging combination of a jacking beat, a polyrhythmic bass line, some lead-synth stabs and talking vocal slices. You can practically smell the sweat. So what’s left to say? What you see is what you get: They are Zillas, and they are on Acid. And they provide a collection of eight tunes that probably each don’t necessarily have a double-digit amount of tracks in their DAW projects, and that’s exactly what makes them so forceful. The second installment of @minimood's multidisciplinary fusion series features Die Wilde Jagd (@DieWildeJagd) with an extensive rework of the neo-romantic ’Morgenrot’. The original produced by Sebastian Lee Philipp & Ralf Beck appeared on the Die Wilde Jagd's debut album in 2015 and now this has been revisited by a vast array of diverse remixes by Ancient Methods, CV313, Luigi Tozzi, Roman Flügel, Rude 66, Steve Bug, The KVB, Vactrol Park, and Variant. This gatefold 3x12" vinyl - only release is visually enhanced with intricate hand-drawn artwork including inlay by Dusseldorf based artist Susanne Giring.
