"Honk!" was composed for Kent Leslie, a mondo-awesome horn player, who, among other things, is the quintessential Alice Cooper and Jethro Tull fan.  So, it seemed fitting to write him a piece that uses some pop music elements, in this case, a kind of Tim Burton/Helena Bonham Carteresque bit of funk.  With ska and Henry Cowell bits mixed it.
