Invited by DJ Hax to mark the 50th edition of the radio podcasts on Soundtropolis Radio, I saw the perfect chance to express my love for techno music. My recorded set was a journey through hypnotic rhythms to the intense beats of hardgroove techno. This was my contribution to the celebration, a way to share what makes techno so captivating to me.

Roger Max is a music producer and DJ. Embracing the unrefined essence of techno's raw sound, the artist from the coastal region of Santa Catarina explores a range from open and energetic lines to dense and hypnotic genres, with an emphasis on groove as a characteristic that guides his performance.
In his home state, he has played in cities such as Itajaí, Navegantes, Camboriú, Joinville, and Florianópolis. Outside the state, he made his debut in São Paulo at an event organized by the Morph Collective. In 2022, the artist had his first releases: he contributed to one of the tracks in the winter VA of Createch Records and had his first EP signed by Prototype Records.
Since then, the producer continues his studio work, receiving support from names like André Salata, Maccari, among others. Looking ahead, Roger Max continues to mature his production and solidify his sound style: raw and groove-filled techno.
