Guy Gerber's Rumors label welcomes Nick Morgan for a pair of sublime new sounds. 

Nick Morgan is a Canadian born electronic music producer and DJ known for pushing the boundaries of the electronic genre.  When he is not touring the globe, Nick has kept a presence in Mykonos for the past 5 years with his Sunday night residency at the world renowned “Moni”.  As a producer, Nick has created a plethora of remix’s and edits that have received critical acclaim from some of the biggest names in the underground scene.  His latest release “Shook Pt. 3” quickly became a crowd favorite in the summer 2023 season, earning him the attention and admiration of music lovers and industry professionals alike. With a string of recent releases on the horizon, Nick is beginning to cement his unique sound in the electronic dance world.  

Bass Bousa is a mid tempo deep house excursion lit up with fantastically expressive synths and melodies that ring out with real soul. They bring worldly charm to the persuasive grooves and really cast a spell. Says Nick of the track, “I have always been fascinated with the rhythms and melodies of Arabic music. I wanted to blend the rich musical heritage of the Middle East with my electronic sound.”

Want You started as a voice note sketch and is a more stripped back and minimal rhythm to start with. Ghostly vocal sounds and slick percussive patterns pepper the groove which never lets up and eventually gets coloured with some superb Middle Eastern melodic colour.

AZIZ returns to NYMFIELD with his second EP called 'Soul'. Four smooth deep house cuts making sure you're warm during these upcoming winter months. The EP starts with the title track 'Soul'. A tune with attention to detail within its layers. This in combination with solid beats, heavy bass and soul soothing chords, makes the tune true to its name. 'Higher' is a lush deep house record which finds its inspiration more into the mid-00's era of deep house. More techy and tighter beats in combination with deep pads and lush chords. Advancing into the EP we encounter the soul uplifting 'I Wish I Knew'. A bit reminiscent of summer and its glory days, this record is filled with synths, catchy vocals & that old school groove. Rounding off the EP we have 'Can't You See'. A proper mellow deep house cut. While the EP holds his basis within the deeper sounds, AZIZ brings multiple vibes & energy levels to the table. 'The Isolation Tapes came together accidentally during lockdown. Getting lost in the music-making process was our way to escape the feelings of anxiety and uncertainty which presented themselves with the emergence of Covid. We had no plan beyond escapism, but a cleared schedule gave us lots of time to explore new ideas. After we'd made a few tracks we started to realize the importance of bringing this music together under one project, a musical reference point for this strange period in time, and so the Isolation Tapes was born - a series of singles we made during lockdown whose titles all begin with a different letter from the word: I S O L A T I O N.' -  Audiojack

Felipe, born in Solothurn, discovered his passion for music early on. At 16, he refined his skills in electronic music production at a dedicated music school, while drawing inspiration from his father's home studio, where he explored classic synthesizers like the DX7 and Juno 106—still integral to his sound today.

He began DJing at 14 and released his debut single "Shingalin" at 20 on Global Underground, gaining recognition for his rhythmic, bass-driven tracks infused with jazz and Latin percussion.

Career highlights include his "Cosmic Dance" remix for Kellerkind (Stil vor Talent) and the "Melodies for Millions" remix with Anthik (Superfancy Records). Felipe collaborates with Go Deeva and Hurry Up Slowly, featuring projects with Calussa and his own "Illusion EP."

He also curates the "Illusion" event series, known for its unique atmosphere. Currently, Philipp is crafting new music, always exploring fresh sounds and ideas.
