Hvitling - Maya EP The Maya EP from Hvitling is a tribute from the creator dedicated to the birth of his daughter. Throughout three Songs he talks about the feeling to become and be a dad. Its a story about the beautiful happening of being and was created with the raised heartbeat of a loving father. Every new life that comes to our world is unique and a special event for everyone involved. A new life is like a new star like a new sun is born. The difference is that we will never know where it goes next. Also, on board are Feinheitsbrei, Glenn Shaw, Decalculator, dit:eau & ÜNAM as Remixers. For the past 5 months i have been working on this piece. 
For me - this piece is something that depicts emotions in a very clear way... the song begins with peaceful sounds, shortly interfered by a loud clap. 

The drop harshly interrupts with a loud growling bass - depicting a humans anger bursting out with no warning. 

I really enjoyed making this as it serves as a new route for me and my sound both as a producer and DJ.

Then, as its title indicates, “Haeckles Kosmos” further explores Dürerstuben's fascination 
with the unlimits of outer space. This star system in particular has a very tropical flair, 
punctuated with bouncy parallel fifths straight out of the Italo Orient. In between movements, 
the duo makes some brief non sequiturs into piano balladry, the kind that force a smile (and a 
record deal) out of DJ Koze.
