Since their first meeting (after both becoming residents at the historically important club “Venus” in Nottingham), between them they spent the 90s’ with residencies at many of the decades seminal parties including the Gardening Club, Venus, Deluxe, The Bomb and Stealth, as well as making regular appearances at events such as Andrew Weatheralls’ “Sabresonic” parties, Ministry of Sound “Open All Hours”, Club UK, Voodoo, Malibu Stacey, Golden, Progress, Moneypennys and even guesting as tour DJs for Underworld and James.

Coyote officially came into being in 2004, when Timm and Ampo decided to start making music together. Since taking on the moniker, Coyote have had a wealth of releases and remixes on a huge array of labels including International Feel, Claremont 54, Ene, Nang, Needwant, Aficionado, RVNG International, Polydor, Phantasy, Rothmans, Tusk Wax and their own “Is it Balearic?” itself, for artists including Odyssey, Charles Webster, Claire Mcquire, Soft Rocks, Runaway, Jose Padilla, Connan Moccasin, Chris Coco, the Backwoods and many, many more.
 After the birth of Coyote, Is It Balearic? Recordings followed in 2007. Initially conceived as merely a platform for the original Ltd Edition Coyote releases (all of which sold out very quickly) it has since branched out into releasing music from artists including Tiago, Downtown Party Network, Max Essa, Hardway Brothers, Justin Robertson, Social Disco Club, Midlake, Smith & Mudd, Mushrooms Project, and Craig Bratley, Leo Mas, Sorcerer as well as breaking new artists such as The Project Club, Giulio Dj, Ahiki, Rompante, and Pharao Black Magic, Daniel Whitehead. 
Is it Balearic? Also boasts a list of remixers that reads like a who’s who of the current Balearic music scene. From Norways dub disco legend Rune Lindbaek, Belgiums world renowned Aeroplane, to underground pioneers such as Andrew Weatherall, Hardway Brothers Phoreski, Pacific Horizons, Time & Space Machine, Prins Thomas, The Backwoods, Last Waltz, Begin… (the list goes on)...  
Thanks to their distinctive sound as both DJs and music makers, Coyote find themselves regularly invited to play music all across the UK and further afield, in places like Japan, Ibiza and Scandinavia.

Their latest 12”/mini album ‘Everything Moves, Nothing Rests’ has just been released on my last guest Phil Cooper’s label, NuNorthernSoul. Go check it via bandcamp.

Next up on SPACEDUST selections, we’ve got Andrea PassEnger, a reel deal selector, producer, and curator straight outta Turin, Italy. One of the country’s best kept secrets, Andrea’s been digging deep for years, pushing vintage cream of the crop.

With releases on Just What The World Needs, Tabernacle, AI Records, he’s built a solid rep among DJs who really know their stuff. But it’s his vinyl-only imprint, Light Touches Records, that’s been turning heads—flipping forgotten gems and dusty disco cuts into dancefloor weapons. Now ten releases deep, and trust, he’s got more heat stashed away.

Andrea’s sound has taken him far and wide—from Corsica Studios in London to Bonobo in Tokyo, Backwards in Ireland, and beyond. He’s rocked alongside Theo Parrish, Gilles Peterson, and Nicky Siano, while holding it down as a resident at Jazz:Re:Found Festival and running his own club nights, Aquario and Better Days—spaces where community meets club culture.

Having championed underground dance sounds for many years now, DJ/producer Felix Dickinson really seems to be hitting his stride now, and on ‘A Day’s Reality’, his second full length single for Futureboogie, Felix serves up perhaps his most accomplished works to date.  Collaborating with legendary Chicago vocalist, Robert Owens (Fingers Inc/Frankie Knuckles), the pair produce a standout song that pulls on the very best of influences and delivers a modern day classic in the making.

The ‘Classic Mix’ delivers some classic Chicago house tropes in abundance, Owen’s vocals sounding just as good as ever digging into Dickinson’s authentic production with it’s timeless sound and energising vibes.  An alternate ‘Dedication Mix’ is also served up, enlisting the musical directorship of Mikey Yamada and the live bass & guitars by Yota Kobayashi, both players from Japan whom Dickinson has forged a creative allegiance with.  Brooklyn based Justin Van Der Volgen, supplier of fine sounds to labels like Golf Channel and Boogiefuturo, also joins the party with a version that further compliments the vocal prowess of Robert Owens.

Felix has been part of the UK's underground dance scene for the last 3 decades, learning his trade DJing at free parties and illegal raves and co-founding his first record label Ugly Music in the 90's.

He's produced records for well renowned record labels worldwide including DFA, Rush Hour, Eskimo, Golf Channel, Claremont 56, Futureboogie and his own label Cynic.

He has secured slots at well known clubs and festivals across the globe, and the last few years have seen him receive a lot more attention due to his high profile residencies for Block 9 (Glastonbury) and Croatia’s Love International as well as regular appearances at Houghton, Gottwood and Thailand’s Wonderfruit festival.
