The Stone Tape EP is the fourth record in Session Victim's Pen & Paper series and sees Matthias Reiling's first solo outing for the vinyl only imprint.

Three original cuts betray Reiling's fascination with the mystic and occult, elevating the listener's perception and sending dancers into a spiritual and physical seance.

Fellow Sorcerer Leafar Legov's coproduction and Erobique's enchanting Melodica on Tarot Nouveau and Ouija Dub add more layers of depth and an extra set of black magic spells to the whole.

On top of that, italian beatsmith Broke One stuns everyone at Pen & Paper with his remix of the title track "Vibrate", boosting the original with an intense rhythm section and finally lighting up it's dark path with warm and hopeful harmonies.

We welcome Berlin based Iron Curtis to the series this week with a deep dive of a mix that takes a languid trip through all of his eclectic styles and influences. As a DJ, he is as inspired and versatile as he is a producer, skilfully taking the dancefloor into the deep and diverse corners of modern dance music.

We were big fans of his Upstream Colour album last year and we're already looking forward to another round of remixes for that coming soon. He's also been busy in the studio with Session Victim and has a stack of releases already lining up for the likes of Office Recordings and Uncanny Valley.

On another tip he's got a side project called Moon – a collaboration with Johannes Albert from Frank Music, where the two friends exhibit their love for classic Electro and stripped down Techno. Berliners will be able to catch the pair playing at the beloved Hallo Montag party at Ipse this Monday (25.05.19) https://www.facebook.com/HalloMontag/
Otherwise he'll be touring the US and Bogota real soon so catch him on the road!

At the start of this year she got into vinyl — playing everything we have in our studio — and just a week later she smashed a vinyl set on our club night at Badehaus Berlin!

Felix has been part of the UK's underground dance scene for the last 3 decades, learning his trade DJing at free parties and illegal raves and co-founding his first record label Ugly Music in the 90's.

He's produced records for well renowned record labels worldwide including DFA, Rush Hour, Eskimo, Golf Channel, Claremont 56, Futureboogie and his own labels Cynic and Ugly Music.

He has secured slots at well known clubs and festivals across the globe, and the last few years have seen him receive a lot more attention due to his high profile residencies for Block 9 (Glastonbury) and Croatia’s Love International as well as regular appearances at Houghton, Gottwood and Thailand’s Wonderfruit festival.
