I'm not exactly sure who dropped it. On the video by DanceTrippin TV http://youtu.be/k5m70ChBdJ8?t=28m  they play b2b,however, that was the first Jonny's appearance in the mix, so most probably it was dropped by Jonny White (Art Department)!

Name of the track is not known, but I found the vocals on ccMixter : http://ccmixter.org/files/SackJo22/27835. Therefore, name of the track was adopted from there.

infused break-beat science.

for Meander draws key inspiration from recent earth-bound meteorites and the
blinding light that follows. Creating precision dance music, Black conjures
the essence of the explosive meteorite, its afterglow and its sonic
resonance. The results are powerful, timeless sonic treatments for body and

Together with fellow Canadian Mathew Jonson, Konrad Black founded the
influential Wagon Repair label in 2005 – A label that has had a heavy impact
on the dance community with its relentless top-quality releases including

follow-up record in the form of remix-interpretations by genre defining
artists from the underground electronic dance music scene.

"The Shanklin Sessions came out of the Shanklin Road studio that Andy Sims shared with one of his partners from Soft Rocks, Bobby Coulman.

Acid Jan started it's life as a Jan Hammer edit that Andy was doing for one of Soft Rock's Disco Powerplay releases. There were a few parts that never made the final cut but were too good to leave, so Andy got friend Jaime Read in to jam with the leftover bits, and from that Acid Jan was born (none of the Jan's original parts made it to this finished re-incarnation).

Acid Jan found it's way onto Cynic label boss Felix's USB and subsequently was played at every festival/club that Felix played for about a year. When Andy heard Felix playing it at Alfresco Festival in 2016, they decided to release it on Cynic.
In search of a B side for the release, Andy dug out the other DAT's from the session Acid Jan was recorded at, and found Sitars over Shanklin, a suitably oddball track to grace the other side.

Felix has been part of the UK's underground dance scene for the last 3 decades, learning his trade DJing at free parties and illegal raves and co-founding his first record label Ugly Music in the 90's.

He's produced records for well renowned record labels worldwide including DFA, Rush Hour, Eskimo, Golf Channel, Claremont 56, Futureboogie and his own labels Cynic and Ugly Music.

He has secured slots at well known clubs and festivals across the globe, and the last few years have seen him receive a lot more attention due to his high profile residencies for Block 9 (Glastonbury) and Croatia’s Love International as well as regular appearances at Houghton, Gottwood and Thailand’s Wonderfruit festival.
