Inspired by the rough cityscapes, urbanity, and the quest to find beauty in this habitat against human nature – be it in architecture, graffiti, or street scenes. Drawn to everything that deviates from norms and societal standards, his productions are an attempt to create a safe space and offer an escape from this slightly dystopian world, allowing everyone to be free from judgment.

Kadent was born on the outskirts of Berlin. He started producing and DJing music in his youth. He became part of the 2nd generation of club culture in the late 90s and early 2000s - in 2001 he moved to Berlin. Starting with Berlin Techno and moving on to house music, his sound became slower and slower over the years. Today, Kadent feels at home in downbeat - his style is organic, emotional, deep, driving, bass-heavy and filter-sweeping.
