“When I was writing these songs, I pictured myself playing a house party in a dingy little beach town. Like, all these super-sweaty college kids dancing so hard. That’s the atmosphere of my music: a little town that makes a lot of noise.” DENM makes good on that promise with his debut EP, Dreamhouse, and single “Under Pressure,” which are awash with natural uppers. Hailing from Santa Barbara and having been in a handful of bands, he has spent every spare moment writing for this project.
 
Investing arduous hours into studio time, mingling pop and garage rock with BPMs and R&B, the musician admits his craft takes a ton of discipline. “I don’t smoke weed and… wait for inspiration. I’ll get in the studio and hustle—like, write 10 songs on the guitar just to get one good one,” then adding texture using synths and more guitars, producing the tracks himself into a hybrid between deep house, R&B, and pop.

In Hour 2 we hand over to Jun Kamoda who had a release on Mister Saturday Night last year and follows that this month with his 'Blind Disco' 12" on the excellent Black Acre label. The producer from Japan is also one third of Hip Hop trio Baleine 3000 and has been producing as Illreme  for over 15 years. 
He recently remixed  Clap! Clap!'s 'Hope' and is also a cartoon illustrator for Japanese independent magazine ‘Usca’. He told us;
"After watching ”The Get Down" on Netflix, I bought a four track cassette recorder off an auction site! This mix is my live set recorded to four track as a house 'beat tape'. It was also mastered by Naoya Tokunou (my company mixing engineer). I’m really happy to share my set with you and hope this beat tape becomes your summer soundtrack!"

Hed Kandi Disco Heaven, licenced By Ministry of Sound.

In 2012 their another single " Circoblanco " was played by Tara McDonald and Bob Sinclar
in her Radio Show called " Shut Up & Dance " on air all over the world on FG DJ RADIO FRANCE.
Circoblanco also was appointed by Tara McDonald among the 17 best songs in the world of the year 2012.
They also were guests in 2015 of her 100th Episode Celebrative show's "I Like This Beat" 
with Tiesto, Nervo, EDX, Hardwell and many others.

Their single "Just Like You", feat the english duo "Click Chase" 
was included in "100 Hits 2016" compilation released by Universal Music France, 
supported by BBC Radio and their singles's official video 
is still in rotation on Clubbing TV France, MTV Germany,
MTV Russia and MTV Latin America.

They were Guests with their mixshow of a special episode
