DJ Felix Chinea's career spans more than 30 years. Starting in the mid 70's, while in High School he would shadow a friend who did mobile events and learned how to mix. Shortly after High School, he started playing in small clubs and events.
In 1979 he started working at WINZ / I-95 radio in Miami where he held various positions, including Control Engineer, Assistant Promotions Director and went on to do mixes on Saturday nights. He worked at the station for 6 years.
In 2016, he was inducted in the Legends Of Vinyl DJ Hall Of Fame http://www.legendsofvinyl.com/hall-of-fame-legendary. Today, he is a member of the Digital DJ Pool. Felix's DJ career continues strong. He is always busy doing private events and club appearances in South Florida. His Edits and Remixes of Disco, Freestyle and other genres are always in demand by DJ's all over and are often featured in Radio mix shows as well as in Music Pools.

If ever there was someone who the phrase “How does he find time to make that?” was about, serial editor and remixer Pete Le Freq is it. His reworks have been played on BBC Radio 6 regularly by Craig Charles, and DJs the world over, and the sheer number of tracks he produces have caused people to suggest he doesn't sleep much.

Pete started producing over 12 years ago, and made a bit of noise with his house label Llama Farm Recordings. He's been remixed by Jay-J, Eric Kupper and Kenny Summit, appeared on compilations with Joey Negro and LCD Soundsystem, and played alongside  the likes of Crazy P, Inland Knights, CagedBaby and a few others. 

Since discovering the things he was sampling were better than the things he was making, Pete found that retouching and reworking the originals gave him his producing mojo back, and soon after Alpaca Edits was born. 

The York based edits label has since become home to disco superstars such as Dr Packer, Chuggin Edits, and Mannix. He’s been resident DJ at Sotano in York for the last 7 years, and this has fuelled his productions to greater heights. He’s known for playing 5 hour sets that incorporate both his new productions and others versions of serious disco action.

2019 has seen Pete get a vinyl release alongside the likes of Fingerman, Al Kent and Sleazy McQueen on Samosa Recordings, produce remixes for the likes of Hot Digits and Midnight Riot, as well as having 4 eps of his reworks on his own Alpaca Edits. He’s also debuted at Tramlines Festival in Sheffield, and made a return to rock the Toil Trees stage at Beatherder for the second year running. 

November saw him support Michael Gray and Fingerman at Distrikt in Leeds and Derek Kaye in York. The year ended with him beating the likes of Mousse T and Ray Mang in the Traxsource Nu-Disco Top 100 Artists of the year. 

Lockdown saw Pete go into rework overdrive, running a weekly Thursday night stream, as well as starting a regular show on Street Sounds Radio. He also worked with Ashley Slater of Freak Power on some original tracks.

2021 has seen the return of Pete’s That Needs An Edit nights in York, and will culminate in December with a guest slot from Shaka Loves You.

George Alvarado started his Journey in the Music Industry in South Florida in December 1977 as a Mobile Dj. Then in 1984 he started working in nightclubs professionally. 


The Combine influence of DJing, Record label Owner, Music Store Owner, Producer and Remixer has placed him as a big part of the Underground Dance movement in South Florida. 

George is adept at shifting between Genres of Electronic Dance Music. He is also driven by a relentless passion for music, striving to stay on top of the underground scene he’s helped to grow in South Florida. George was the first DJ to spin Electronic dance music on commercial radio in South Florida. He continues to work towards building a Global Brand as a DJ/Producer/Remixer.

RADIO MIX SHOW DJ
George was featured on 4 Major Radio Stations like WPYM Party 93.1 Dance, WPOW Power 96 Dance, WSHE 103.5 Rock and WVUM 90.5. Alternative. George was the first DJ to spin Electronic dance music on commercial radio in South Florida. On Power 96 he started the Late Night Laboratory, which became the most listened to Electronic Mix show in South Florida. The Show was a platform that introduced DJs from overseas to South Florida. Some of these DJs included, Timo Mass, Steve Lawler, David Waxman and John Digweed. The Show released a Mix CD that Sold 10,000 Copies in South Florida alone.


LABEL OWNER
Being the First Underground Record Label in South Florida, He produced His first Underground 12" record called "House Your Body". George produced his first album under the pseudonym, Techman 1. Following this he released over 60 different projects with some legendary producers, such as, Noel Sanger, Robbie Rivera, Oscar G, Ralph Falcon, Peter Presta & Charles Webster (UK). Nitebeat Released Various CD Compilations all over the World in countries like BRAZIL, UNITED KINGDOM, JAPAN and GERMANY with labels like PARADOX, AVEX, SONY, LOGIC, and EXTREME. Nitebeat also dapped into Hip hop beats as well. The Label released all sorts of electronic music like Techno, House, Trip hop and Break beats. Their first CD Release was thru PANDISC music in the US. As the artist known as TECHMAN 1.
