nextdimensional is a Brooklyn-based DJ & producer whose style fuses fast, entrancing club sonics with dreamlike electronic soundscapes. Her viral party series SECRET in 2021 led to sold out shows at several Brooklyn mainstays. Fresh off a month long tour in San Francisco and Tokyo, she brings her latest unreleased trax and tour faves for this 1hr voyage.

London-based DJ ohmydais is one of Rinse FM’s newest monthly residents, and she has firmly made her mark on the UK’s underground music scene.

Known for fast-paced multi-genre mixes, high energy breaks and percussive selections, ohmydais has performed at world-famous venues and festivals including Fabric and Village Underground, Waterworks and Field Day, and regularly appears on European radio stations and music platforms including Radio Raheem and HÖR Berlin.

ohmydais is also one of the founding members of rising music collective Team Woibey, and is a member of the Saffron collective, previously tutoring women and non binary folk on the basics of DJing.

PlayPlay combines their penchant for percussion and bass with nostalgic samples & dreamy synths in both their DJ sets & music production. Their sound is inspired by years of clubbing, crate digging and the sounds they grew up dancing to - 90s club anthems, jungle, breakbeat hardcore, industrial, classic house, techno and old school hip-hop. With releases out on labels such as Sorry Records, Worst Behavior as well as a slew of self-releases and collaborations, PlayPlay has been slowly and steadily amassing a thumping discography over the years. Their most recent EP out on Brooklyn-based Sorry Records has been described as “euphoric and joyous” (Untitled 909) and as three “springing, two step-inspired club tracks” (DJ Mag).

dj g2g (she/they) is a Danish/Uruguayan artist, producer & DJ. Through her energetic, playful, fun and experimental approach to mixing genres while referencing popular internet-culture, she have created her own characteristic signature.
Having graduated from The Danish Rhythmic Music Conservatory in Electronic Composition along with touring across the world DJ'ing, this has laid the foundation from which dj g2g produces and creates music that focuses on genre-bending sounds with hybrids of many origins as opposed to being bound by the rules/traditions of one. 
Lately, dj g2g has expanded her practice by making soundtracks for documentaries and fashion shows, having just shared her work in campaign films by Raga Malak and Dion Lee, and an extensive soundscape for Alectra Rothschild AW24 Runway show during Copenhagen Fashion Week.

NR Sound Mix 043 dj g2g

This mix was performed at the 2024 Ever Afters Campout. ( @ever-afters ) This is my second live set incorporating four decks— two vinyl and two digital. Given the special opportunity to cross the Heart Lodge stage over from the last hours of Thursday into the early Friday morning, I knew I needed to bring the sounds closest to my heart. A pre-midnight selection of house music floats us into a second hour where the house courts a beautiful dance with intense breakbeats, and frenetic noise. This set should hopefully make you look up at the sky, down at your moving feet, and all around you at your starry surroundings, and unify the whole scape under one continuous proclamation of love and energy exchanged.

Tom Marsi is a frenetic force in the underground dance scene. Based in the Bay Area, Tom hosts two radio residencies at Lower Grand Radio (Oakland) and BFF.FM radio (San Francisco). Music released on Oakland rave label, NO BIAS, including her upcoming EP, SHADY LADY. Tom has opened for Yaeji, Bambii, DJ HEARTSTRING, and other international acts. She is an ultimate chiller, and an unbounded electrifying vinyl & digital DJ.

"This mix is the live set I performed at Trans Pecos in Brooklyn, NY on August 17th, 2024 for the Xenasphere party series. Lately, I have been steadfast in producing & playing my slower breakbeat, house and club oeuvres, and was ecstatic to break away for a night and play the faster Footwork, Jump, and Jungle music that got me into DJing and raving in the first place. I met a lot of lovely young ravers that night who were very passionate about music and dancing, and felt emboldened by that wonderful night of connection to share this mix with the Xoxa community."
