For 2 years, she now dares to stand behind the decks and express her style with emotional and driving beats with a lot of depth. With highly energetic tones, she likes to build a story and take her listeners on a journey between techno and trance.

Carlotta (@user-416343128) wurde in Berlin geboren und entwickelte sich musikalisch in den lebhaften Clubs der Hauptstadt.
Mit einer tiefen Leidenschaft für die Clubkultur galt ihr Fokus und ihre Faszination seit Anfang an dem Techno und den Künstlern hinter der Musik. Nun steht sie auch selbst hinter den Decks. Ihr Stil ist geprägt durch teilweise düstere und psychedelische aber auch durch emotionale und vor allem immer treibende Beats mit viel Tiefgang. Mit hochenergetischen Tönen baut sie gerne eine Geschichte auf und nimmt ihre Zuhörer mit auf eine Reise zwischen Techno und Psytrance.

Leute, ich sag's wie's ist, es war wild. Es gab Probleme mit der Aufnahmetechnik und Schwupps.. hat's mir die Originalaufnahme verrissen.. 

Das ist natürlich schade, deshalb hab ich mich extra für Euch daheim nochmal schnell an die XDJs gestellt und versucht nach bestem Wissen und Gewissen das Set nachzuzocken.. deshalb nicht wundern, wenn der ein oder andere Track fehlt..  Aber man bekommt einen guten Eindruck wie der Vibe auf dem Floor wirklich war ;)

Huge love to RPG and Off Tap for having me at Timeless over the new year. It was such a blessing to bring some joyous and fun sounds to the liquid funk day sesh on NYD, alongside some deadset legends. What a sick party. 

This set is a blend of tracks designed to uplift, spark joy, and evoke nostalgia, all while delivering high-energy vibes. A playful journey through diverse flavours of drum and bass.

Welcoming 2025 with some of the best people around me truly lifted my spirits after saying goodbye to my Dad at the close of 2024. He's now free from his MND prison, and though drum and bass may not have been his thing, this set is dedicated to him - his energy, joy, positivity, and the incredible legacy he’s left behind.

His unwavering belief in me and everything I’ve been working toward continues to inspire me, fueling my drive and validating my goals every step of the way.

das oben genannte recording war ein warm up dj set. als wir in den kiosk kamen war es noch recht frisch, also so leichte jacke lange hose frisch. nach kurzer zeit jedoch wurde es wärmer, das lag vor allem an den heißen tunes unserer beiden weichspüler der herzen.

wir bedanken uns bei der eventreihe "liminal" für die liebe einladung und die freundliche umsorgung, sowie bei allen tanzwütigen liebis, die es bis zum schluss im schönsten kiosk der stadt mit uns ausgehalten haben. wir fühlen nichts als liebe und sind noch sehr beseelt.

Wie lange legst du schon auf?

Wie war dein Weg bisher?
Ich bin seit 2015 leidenschaftliche Raverin und habe schon immer ein besonderes Augenmerk auf die Künstler:innen hinter der Musik gelegt. Mich hat von Anfang an fasziniert, was DJs an den Decks erschaffen können. Irgendwann habe ich mir dann selbst Equipment für zuhause besorgt – und seitdem verbringe ich regelmäßig stundenlange Sessions damit, neue Sounds auszuprobieren.
Mein erster richtiger Auftritt war das Opening Set auf dem Hochzeitsrave sehr guter Freunde – ein unvergesslicher Moment. Danach kam die erste Podcast-Anfrage, und Set um Set habe ich zu meinem eigenen Sound gefunden. Angefangen habe ich mit klassischem Techno, inzwischen liebe ich die Fusion aus verschiedenen Subgenres von Techno und Psytrance und baue mir so meine eigenen kleinen Soundwelten. Am liebsten spiele ich auf kleineren, privaten Raves von Freund:innen, wo die Stimmung familiär und frei ist.

Was ist dir an einem Safespace wichtig?
Ein Safespace bedeutet für mich, dass jede Person sie selbst sein darf, ohne bewertet oder übergangen zu werden. Mir ist wichtig, dass wir aufmerksam miteinander umgehen, die Grenzen anderer respektieren und unsere eigenen klar benennen können.

Möchtest du gerne der Welt noch was sagen oder mitgeben?
Seid nett zueinander - du weißt nie welchen Sturm jemand gerade durchlebt.
