In this episode, I talk with Stefania de Leo a microbial caretaker(fermentor) and plant-based chef from Italy. As I joined her fermentation lab this summer to work with microbes, we had a beautiful discussion about being present and listening to microbes. Also, she tells about her way of finding fermentation as a practice many years ago.

We are delighted to introduce you to another exciting new talent from the underground music community: fatmuska is a DJ from the city of Halle and a member of OG2G, a collective she shares with like-minded musicians and artists. She first came to our attention after contributing to the excellent Callshop Radio show "Whatever Floats Your Boat", hosted by our good friend Sam. Later she gave a strong performance on the infamous II. Row stage at this year's Tarmac Festival. We are happy to give this emerging youngster another step on her way to well-deserved recognition. And this mix certainly has the potential to do just that. Elegantly balanced between thunderous bass and proggy basement bounce, spiced up with an uplifting intermezzo here and a demolition techno moment there. A mix like a colourful but well-chosen bouquet of great variety - just like we like it!

lil hurty is part of the @virgoleipzig collective and has a preference for chaotic and energetic music. While she doesn’t like to fixate on genres, you can find lots of bass, breaks and technoid elements as well, like rhythms from Latin bass or Jersey club in her Sets.
In her DJ beginnings, she mainly played Witchhouse and Cloud Rap as well as songs with ambient elements. In this set she tries to show the many genres she likes to include in her sets.

Proper Charts is a weekly format bringing you a diverse line up of artists and DJs showcasing their personal current top 5 tracks.
