It´s a re-edit of a composition 
Steve Reich - Music for a Large Ensemble / Violin Phase 
using flutes instead of violins
and the lyrics come from the book of MIchael Nyman  Experimental music 
The compositoin was performed live in the Classical Music University of Graz in 2003
with Fernando Poo using a laptop & a korg multi fx and lou  flute & voice...

The 23 of June 2009 was supposed to be out his new release.
A LP of his tracks from the 95' til 2000.
This was supposed to be a free download album with a lot of influence from his musical roots.
The album was realized with the help of Mike TheTunk Woloszyn, that remeaster the all trackz.
He looks very satisfied of this new album and project and he used to spend a lot of time with us describing the origin of each single tunes...
He wanted to attached a wroted text with his new released, as he said: " There is music that you only need to listen and music that need to be explained otherwise sound ridiculous…"
But unfortunately we still don't have this texts, you can only try to understand the messages and secrets of Fernado Poo through his music.
JopeRec sadly announce the missing of a big artist and our friend, Fernando Poo.
We don't know exactly if is dead or still alive and in this case where it can be.
The last news of him were back up on 9 June when he sended to our office a strange email that we attached below.. Anyway we answered back but without answer and at same time we tryied to contact him on Skype but nothing, any sign of Poo. The last info report that he was somewhere in Russia, just back from Berlin..
We tryied several times to contact his friends but at the end we only knew that his auto was founded burned in the White Russia but without his body.
Thi s was on the morning of 11 June exactly 2 days after his mail..

We hope we can get very soon some good news about him!

This song has been composed after the suicide of a good friend of Fernando and Lou.
is divided into five parts, each composed in the five nights after the tragedy, not been changed anymore.
Luo then recorded the flutes in the same way, just listening to the tracks once, and then have registered directly flutes or voices.
When Fernando made us listen this music for the first time has told:
"I needed to rip away from my soul  the emotions caused from the death of Iris ... and then I asked Lou to help me because she was one of the best friend of Iris and because the flute is an instrument that is/was used in many cultures to speak with the deads ... ."
But he never want to play this live for a good reason:
 "I think this music is very good and it saddens me even more because when I listen to it i always remember why i did them… I will much more happy if i never did them ​​and I have Iris still here with us…so i will never play it live!!! "
