The thing I love about improvs is that they are unrehearsed

You can hear the little mistakes and off key notes as a singer tries to find the next note for the melody in time, sometimes

You can hear emotion and tempo changes 

Laughs 

Little things like rings hitting the keys from your fingers

The birds chirping outside 

The imperfections and wild emotions that make us human and define us and teach us and make us bond and grow

The vulnerable parts
The parts we are afraid others will reject or we will reject in ourselves

That's the good stuff right there
