So I try to post 1 song a month on here, I;ve been doing it since Covid. I came up short this year. This track is the one that's holding me up. So here it is without vocal tracks.

We suddenly lost our brother and my twin, Timothy, last weekend. 
Tim was born with developmental issues, and I was his legal guardian. We were very close and had that "twin" connection. He was also a wonderful soul.  As we struggle to make arrangements and process this, after a few days in a complete fog, I decided to post this song I had pending in his honor. It was not written for him, but some of the sentiments expressed here are universal and seemed fitting. Originally, I was going to say I was proud of the bridge, but now I appreciate you listening, and I hope you enjoy it.
Cherish your friends and family. Tell them you love them, and I hope you have a safe and Happy Holiday Season.

After ending an unsuccessful relationship, it’s important to first allow yourself to feel the emotions and understand what truly hurts, because this opens the path to inner healing. Then it’s helpful to rebuild your sense of self-worth by focusing on your needs, boundaries, and small daily actions that restore a feeling of control. Finally, to feel love again, you need to give yourself time, open up to authentic connections, and let new experiences gradually replace the pain of the past. 

Po zakończeniu nieudanego związku warto najpierw pozwolić sobie przeżyć emocje i zrozumieć, co naprawdę boli, bo to otwiera drogę do wewnętrznego uzdrowienia. Następnie dobrze jest odbudować poczucie własnej wartości poprzez skupienie się na swoich potrzebach, granicach i małych codziennych działaniach, które przywracają poczucie kontroli. Wreszcie, aby ponownie odczuwać miłość, trzeba dać sobie czas, otwierać się na autentyczne relacje i pozwolić, by nowe doświadczenia stopniowo zastępowały ból przeszłości. 

Después de terminar una relación fallida, es importante permitirte sentir las emociones y comprender qué es lo que realmente duele, porque eso abre el camino hacia la sanación interior. Luego, es útil reconstruir tu autoestima enfocándote en tus necesidades, tus límites y en pequeñas acciones diarias que restauran la sensación de control. Finalmente, para volver a sentir amor, necesitas darte tiempo, abrirte a conexiones auténticas y dejar que las nuevas experiencias sustituyan gradualmente el dolor del pasado.
